I know that many of you lack common sense and brain cells and without reading what I have said you come out with the usual nerd rage attacks but ME1 played and felt better, ME2 look better visually but a lot of the things that made it an RPG was taken out.
For the love of god, don't tell me you missed the inventory. I'll admit ME2 felt too boxed-in compared to the first, but seriously, what RPG elements so essential to your gaming experience are missing?

ME3 is NOT far better looking than ME2 I know I was there and played the 360 version, I have played ME2 on the Xbox 360 also.
I played ME2 on a PC, and from screenshots and demo footage alone I have concluded that ME3 looks a helluva lot better. For one thing, the shadows are realistic now and don't turn everyone into Michael Jackson every time they step partially into the shade.
And a 10min demo? Lol err ok you lot got more excuses? This is why I hate posting on sites sometimes, people that have an actual thing to say about a game get torn to shreds yet most of you will post complaining about the most dumbest things ever.
Ten minutes of fighting through mooks is not enough time to show off all those rich roleplaying features you want so badly. It was a combat demo, therefore it showed off the combat. They're not going to give you ten minutes of running around talking to people or putzing around with the color of your armor.

I stand by what I said originally, ME3 is not a huge improvement over ME2, yes ME1 had static environements but in this gen there is no reason for static boring environments and that is why I also say ME3 doesnt look any better than ME2 just more smokes and mirrors with lighting.
Tobe fair, ME2 was a pretty good game and they didn't have to fix much. Mostly the lighting and a few combat/customization things.
You are going to have to explain your definition of "static" and "boring," though. Because I'm pretty sure leaping from cover to cover while tossing around baddies and darting under the stride of a heavy mech isn't boring or static.
And if ME3 turns out to have multiplayer then it will make even more sense to why ME3 is gimped.
I'm not too fond of multi, either, but it's not like it'll kill the game. Dead Space 2's core game was better than the first, even though it had multiplayer. But the multi bit sucked and everyone ignored it, focusing on the better-than-the-original single-player experience. I'm basing this assumption on critical reviews and the opinions of my friends since I haven't beaten both yet, but you get my drift.
I have reached the conclusion that you are either trolling or just bitter as hell that ME2 didn't play like an ME1 expansion pack.
