 Just what it sounds like, yeah. 

When I try to import my game from Mass Effect I to MEII, the whole game locks up right before I'm sent to the appearance customization screen. I've tried simply starting a brand new game on MEII, without importing from Mass Effect, and I can get through everything with no problems. 

How come it won't let me play a game from an imported save? Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you deal with it?

Apparently, I just had to keep the difficulty setting the same, cause that's the only thing I did differently when I retried.
