[Captain Crash]

Well its been a few months since marketing for femshep was announced and that she would also get a trailer.   Although no date was ever given the onset of  two appearance polls has certainly delayed it.  Also the fact Bioware want to release other information first  (such as this Special Feature X)  shows they are keen still to stagger information releases.


Regardless Bioware have been ambiguous and cryptic about her trailer, not letting on much information other then the fact she will get one.  As a result im interested in what everyone expects she will get?  I've heard people say they want a CGI trailer, others something along the lines of a improved gameplay trailer. 


So im curious, what are your hopes for the trailer?  What do you want it to achieve?   Do you want it  as a fancy and flashy show off?  Or one which highlights some gameplay elements?  Or something else entirely?

I really don't know what to expect. I suppose I could find reasons to be happy with either a CGI or gameplay trailer. What I hope to see is what a couple of others have posted - a strong Shepard doing the sorts of things you see Sheploo doing, but who happens to be female. FemShep is badass. If the trailer shows that, it will do her justice. Also, I wouldn't mind hearing Jennifer Hale doing the "We fight or we die" line.

Oh, and of course I hope to see Kaidan. But I doubt that will happen in the FemShep trailer.

And thanks, btw, BioWare, for making one! High time.

I half expect Kaidan to show up in it as there have been lots of calls asking to see more of him.  I expect it to be close to the Sheploo trailer w/ possibly a little more voice over or dialogue.  It won't be CGI, however.

I had a look through Twitter to see, but all his comments were ambiguous and don't hint at all at any real direction. Unless anyone can find a link otherwise I may have missed?

I secretly hope for a CGI trailer.  Wishfull thinking maybe, but im full of optimism     I still love the fact they figured out she was worth marketing and I cant wait to see the trailer, regardless of context really.

Anyway if CGI isnt on the cards I think this would be a good direction. Something gameplay based where she still acts awesome and badass, but also as a feature to show off another couple of elements and maybe give closer looks at some other squadmates.   Theres much potential and direction for it!
