Okay, let's get this straight. I, for one, think that Shepard's squaddies (And sometimes prominent NPCs) and their interactions with Shep are some of the best parts of the game. Hell, go on Youtube and look for videos, you'll find over 95% of them have to do with dialogue and interactions, and half of those are romance-based.
So does anyone NOT want more dialogue, comments, banter/humour? More developed interactions that really add sweet touches to the game? If you don't, I'm really curious what you'd like more of instead.

I think everyone's generally leaning towards having more friendship dialogue without instigating romance. And having additional dialogue even when romances have been refused/ended.

Heck yeah! Who wouldn't want more dialogue? Those who don't can easily skip it.
If I remember correctly, I read that this game has more lines than the other ME games, and they're increasing party banter among squadmates.

I always thought that the elevator scenes in ME were the best. I feel like there wasn't as much quality banter in ME2 and hope they can bring in some more. I like what they did with Dragon Age II (smite me, I know) and the party banter. MOAR!

I saw that a couple of hours after this thread myself, Riv, definately good news.
And that's another good one, Joe. Wouldn't have minded being Liara's bro in ME1, after all. Not that I retract the "More Overall" mentality of my OP...

I totally agree. I could tell you how bad I wanted a banner with Miranda and JackDeathDragon185 wrote...

I want more conversation cutscenes, more cutscenes that deepen relationships and tons of party banter.

Well people who've played ME3 at the conventions say there was a metric sh*t-ton of banter on the mission, so we'll get more dialogue definitely.

Totally agree with the OP. It was sad most of the squad mates didn't have anything to say for most of the game. Its likely this will be better in 3. If I heard correctly ME3 will have 40,000+ lines of dialogue compired to 25,000+ in ME2 and even less in ME1. So I'd say its a big improvement.

I second that.
Heck with it, I would even pay for a DLC that adds 10.000 additional lines for "small talk" with your crew.

I am Commander Shepard v 2.0 and I support more dialogue
I have to say that if the above is true with 40,000+ lines, that's great! And DA2 had great banter - even some very naughty banter:blush:
But either way, lots of banter and more dialogue would be fantastic!
