 its not really a technical isue but it wouldnt hurt to consider it i realized after having to reinstall dragon age i lost my original warrior warden there should be a profile function that allows you to store your wardens onto the site and then you are able redownload him/her later and import him into your new playthrough other people can download him/her too if you choose to set him to public or private the save its self wont be uploaded only the character its a pain to have to recreate the same character due to lost data.

You do get the option to keep your saves when you uninstall. Unless you are talking about installing on another computer entirely. Unfortunately what you are suggesting isn't viable. Would cost a great deal of money to implement and maintain something like that and then there are variables like peoples save data becoming lost or corrupted while being stored on a server somewhere. Imaging if thousands of people lost their saves at once. Not a pretty sight.

it would be no different if they lost there saves due to a computer technical problem like for example if the harddrive finally died or something and lost all there data ive actually had this happen to me a couple of times which is why ii posted this it would be something completly optional not required
