i got me a new compter and when i tryed to download and install the shadow broker, i get a error message and it wont let me install it. cant recall the message but to sum it up, it says i need to get a new copy of it. and when i redownload it and try once more i get the same thing. any ideas how to fix this?

can't help much without knowing exactly what's going on, but also this should be in the tech forums as it's usually full of, uh, techs.
you can only get LOTSB from this site and to get in to this site you need of registered your ME2, it'll then be in your registered game content. it shouldn't matter what you've done with your pc, but again this isn't the tech forums and even then you'd need more info.
