So i have Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition (PC version) to have the DLC, and its tied to my profile. My brother is playing Dragon Age, but he can't play the DLC because its tied to my profile and not his. Is there any way he can play the DLC?

Its ridiculous. I bought the Ultimate Edition so i could have a physical copy of everything, but Bioware are too lazy and just give us a digital download. Bethesda had everything on disc with Fallout. Everything is installed, but he can't play it simply because he's on a different profile.

If your brother logs into your account he should be able to access all the DLC. Install the Ultimate Edition on his PC, log into your account and then disconnect. You should be able to play with the DLC on both computers (unless the two of you are online at the same time).

Also, I was under the impression that the disc version of Ultimate came with DLC installed (in fact I'm pretty sure I heard that you have to install the DLC). I'm interested in knowing because I'm going to grab the Ultimate edition when it's cheap to nab the rest of the DLC.

You get a download key and you just download it. Its not on the disc.

Are you completely sure the DLC isn't included on the disc? I found this in another thread (link):

The UE has everything on the discs; you don't need to download anything. Just install DA:O over your current installation, continue the install with disc2 when asked, and all the DLC will be installed along with them. You can  use the single activation code to activate everything with your account at once.

Well, it has an activation code, so it doesn't make a difference, its still tied to an account. Yes i guess it is on the disc though. But an activation code negates that.

Well, anyway, your brother should be able to use the DLC by logging into your account. You can't both be online at the same time but offline it shouldn't be a problem.
