I bought the game today and it installed succesfully but whenever I start the game, it wont play. I get a message that always says Dragon age II has stopped working. is this because of my video card? I meet the system requirement on everything else.... I just dont understand if the geforce GT 120 is meeting the system requirements.. I can play dragon age 1 origins with no problems on my computer.
Will Dragon age 2 play on a NVIDIA Geforce GT 120?

It is my understanding that the 120 is basically a 8600gt repackaged. Now you are in a DA:origins forum with a question about DA2 hardware???? Basically it may run it, but not well, it will be bottom of the barrel for either game.

DA:O was inaccurately described by the official requirements, which overstated the performance needed from ATI Radeons, and understated the performance needed from nVIDIA Geforces. IMO, the practical choices for the two video cards above should be the Radeon X800 Pro, and the Geforce 6800 GS, at least, for small textures - it will take a Radeon X1650 XT (or X1800 GTO, same thing, almost) for medium or better textures, and the Geforce 6800 GT.
The DA2 sequel appeared to understate the performance needed from a Radeon card, or overstate the performance needed from a Geforce, or both at the same time.
Video: Radeon HD 2600 Pro 256 MB (should be 2600 XT or X1800 GTO)
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GS 256 MB cards (unless this should be 7800 GS)
In neither case was the Geforce 8600 GT close to the Recommended Level (and if I recall correctly, the GT 120 was one of those, not one of the 8600 GTS models, and in either case, if low settings are acceptable, both are above the bare minimum).
