OK. The footage is a great find. Now let's put it to some use. (Will add to this as time allows).
1. The opening scene shows three systems tagged on the galaxy map. "Krogan DMZ" gives three missions: "Counter-Attack Reapers," "Search for Survivors," or "Support Aratakh Company." I'm assuming that last one is a military unit and not a research corporation.
A second tag on the galaxy map says the "Crescent Nebula" is a "Conflict Zone." Nothing more.
A system with it's name cut off in that particular screenshot merely says "Investigate," or some such.
=========
The second scene is just a cutscene of the Normandy (or Normandy-class frigate, just to be rigorous) using a Mass Relay -- which works. No a surprise, really, since it wouldn't be much of a game if Mass Relays were rendered inoperable by the Reapers.
========
The third scene (about 7 seconds in) is a planet view of Tuchanka. It gives the three options given before. "The City" has the company support mission. "Downed Vessel" has the "Search for Survivors" mission and the "The Shroud" has the "Counter-attack Reapers" mission. (Planet notes to the side mention a "Shroud" artificially created to keep a zone's temperature habitable.) The user clicks "The Shroud." We get a view of (as far as I can tell) one Reaper presiding over a truly desolate scene. Nothing but rubble.
======
The next scene is a lab or control room that could be anywhere. The room itself is vaguely reminiscent of the satellite dish control room in "Overlord," but that doesn't confirm anything. Apparently, though, the control room does overlook a landing pad or "silo" that reminds me of the "spider hole" in another video where an airstrike by the Normandy rouses a Reaper. However, the surrounding terrain appears different and not as arid, if memory serves. Also, you can tell the "control room" seen before is over this "silo" because the mountain in the background is the same.
========
Next we go to stacked modular units with (presumably) breathable air since doors are open. High rises are in the background. Brown and "dry" looking place. No damage visible, so presumably this place isn't attacked yet.
=======
About 21 seconds in, we get to some ruins, then just a couple of seconds later an apparently unrelated artifact reveal. Is that another shimmering Prothean Orb? Then at 24 seconds we get what definitely looks like a shimmering orb with a brick-like, x-shaped structure around it. I'm going to call this the "Lego Orb" until somebody comes up with a better name. The Lego Orb appears to be in a room with an opening in the ceiling or some other light source.
======
We get a nice view of Garrus, Shep and Tali striding purposely forward and then, there's Legion and -- what sure looks to me like Admiral Daro'Xen vas Moreh, the Admiralty Board member and would be hacker of Geth. Between them is a 3-D graphical display of a planet, but what's the read stuff in the middle, or is that just backlighting from a panel behind Legion's point of view?
Theres some scenes where Legion's showing Shep some stuff on screens, then we see somebody who look a whole lot like fellow admiralty board member Adm. Han'Gerrel vas Neema. In the foreground is a 3-D graphical display of what appears to be Quaran ships in orbit over a planet.
=========
The next scene, about 36 seconds in, is the shrouded figure whom I believe to be the Salarian member of the Council, on board the Normandy with Shep talking to him. Then some more ruins, and that's it.
