So I've created my characters, uploaded them and navigated to the site to find that nothing has been added.  Anyone know what's going on?

Did you link your EA account with your Bioware account?

It takes a while for them to show up. Mine usually take a few hours.

First, check Deran's suggestion and make sure you have your account set up properly.



Then, how long ago did you upload them? It takes about an hour to show up after.

OK how do you link your EA account to the Bioware account?  Might be the problem.

It's pretty random with my attempts. It sometimes simply doesn't take.

I uploaded a few new characters several hours ago and they still have not shown up. Maybe some maintenance or tweaking is being done to the servers to accomodate more users of the social website.

The first characters I uploaded worked, but subsequent ones don't show for me either

I'm beginning to think upload problems may be due to quitting the client early. It may not finish uploading until a little after it seems like it should have.

Mine had a day of lag...I'm guessing that with throngs of people making characters and trolling the site they are having significant backup...to be expected with such a wonderful game so close to release!

I uploaded mine about a month ago and the website reckons I don't have any characters but it shows my achievments :/

What's odd is that you don't have any games registered to your account, so it couldn't upload/display any in-game characters. Are you sure you are connecting to the right account when you load up your game?

I've had the same problem as this user since I bought the game back on 3/25. I only have one account and, as you can see, my games are registered here to it. I have tried pretty much every solution I can find, but my profile refuses to upload. I can't upload screenshots either. I get an error saying something about my info being wrong, which isn't really possible--since, as I said, I only have one account. The odd part is that my achievements upload fine, but nothing else will.

Edit: This is the error code I get: "Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your on-line storage."

I get the Error Code 1000 too. No characters ever show.

I've had the same problem since I started playing the game about a week ago. Except now that I've deleted my character, I read in the FAQ that all I need to do is save my game (after changing equipment and/or leveling up). I've done both for my entire team and still nothing. Can it be that I change my the title of my save games?

DA2 connects (signs on) to the BIo network instantly...DAO does not. "unable to connect to Dragon age Servers at this time..." and for all the DAO characters I have, only one has been uploaded, which I have since deleted.

None of my Bioware games (NWN1 & 2, DAO) show under my portrait here, and I have no idea why, even if I'm pretty sure I'm logged in when I play (single player only) since my DAO starting screen says so (bottom left corner).
So I finally decided... to forget about the whole thing.

Could that be a big problem?
I was even asked to buy some Bioware points through some button I mistakenly press once, which seems to say everything is okay, since you're always okay... as long as you capable buying something I suppose...
Well, the game is greatest among the great ones, so... I'd keep playing it just as it is.
Unless... I'm doing something very wrong here.

Forum profile adjustments, through ones' own doing, in the case of registering in the profiles, or having any automatic uploads of created characters, are matters related to the Web Site, *Not* to the game itself. Official Tech support is on EA's Help pages; local discussion of technical matters was on Social Forum Tech Discussions, and is being encouraged to move from there to Answer HQ on EA's site.

You are lucky, emeraldtrader, because i got this issue for a month and still dont working at all, just upload my achievements, no chars, erro 1000 and similars.
