So i'll probably play through a few times before ME3, but for my first playthrough I was going to try and be true to Kaidan (in the hope of him being romanceable in the third one!). 

However, I was wondering, when you're talking to Jacob/Garrus etc and you ask them about themselves, is this classed as cheating if you pursue flirty responses or do you actually have to sleep with them for it to be classed as cheating?

Hehe, this is quite fun!  Can't believe I've only just started playing these games!

It only counts if they come to your cabin. I think there is still one chance to tell them to leave when they get there, but if you dont tell them to scram, then you'll do the nasty.
