Ah. I would never have guessed. No offence intended.
Anyway, I normally use 'he' as more of a some-what gender neutral classification when working on the internet due to the unknowns.

I tend to assume it's a white male, unless otherwise informed.

Agreed. I prefer to make her look bad by using the intelligent responses that leave her miffed.

Makes three of us. I've admittedly laughed at the reporter-punching (something of a rarity for me; I'm not much for low-brow humor but Bioware's writing somehow manages to sell it) but I almost always take the high route. It's absolutely more satisfying for me.

Look, Shepard's ME2 performance has been outdone by DX:HR's Adam Jenson. We cannot sit by and let this lack of punching continue. We need more than a simple punch and more than just her to punch. We need to regain the title.

Shepard and Anderson are scrambling to get out of the courtroom, while things are beginning to go to hell.
Al-Jalani, unable to drop the job, gets in his/her way and starts to ask questions.
Shepard demonstratingly shifts weight to prepare for one mother of all punches.
Al-Jilani flinches.
Shepard downs a husk that has been shuffling up behind her, then leaves without a word - at most a fraction of a second of eye contact.

I could see that kind of work as a rounding off of that particular branch to the tiny arc, clicheed as it is.
