Hello there,
I just started Da2 again, with a new imporant for my mage Warden but when I import it, it shows a diffrent hero of ferelden, in other words it shows my privious human noble and alistair instead it just wont reconise my mage is there any way to fix this?

Are the DAO files at the correct path/folder like in the installation ?

yes i checked all the save files and i even tipple checked them :/

ok - but you copied them, you nad a new installation of windows I remember ... sometimes there is a problem then. you should test with a savegame from the web if your own files have a problem inside.
