However, there is already a thread on this subject. BSN search bar sucks, so no worries.

Yeah, ME1 handled it better than ME2.
The run animation for male & female Shep in ME1 was identical, they shared the same animation.
The difference is that the original animation in ME1 is infinitely better than that of ME2's gorilla running animation (frankly, ME1 had the best character running / jogging animation I've seen in any game in terms of how natural and "right" it looked... hated that they changed it due to the new armor designs).

Actually I was thinking about it, but then I deleted post before I sent. Still laughing at the title of the thread though.Candidate 88766 wrote...

Seriously walking and running like a retarded gorilla was painful.

Actually Shepards movement animations in ME2 sucked period. Didnt matter which gender he/she was. They all sucked.

Most of the time shes wearing armor, lots of it. I agree it looks a bit odd when shes wearing casual clothing on the Normandy but the weight of the armor on her shoulders and hips changes her walk. Ever carried a heavy backpack and tried to run? I bet the armor even with all the hightech leightweight composites weighs at least 30lbs, thats why she runs out of steam after running for 5-6 seconds.

femininity, no more wide open legs in dresses
^ This. Since she has no testicles to accomodate, she doesn't need to share sitting animations with ManShep.

Your right she should be more feminine... Maybe turn the Normandy into a giant space kitchen!

Nice. <_< Not every woman cooks nor considers it a part of being feminine. Just because FemShep is a badass doesn't mean she should sit and walk like a man. Our bodies are built differently and that should be reflected.
(And hopefully not exaggerated like FemHawke)
