I romanced Liara in ME1 and avoided any romances in ME2. At the end of LotSB I told Liara that I "have no hard feelings" when she talked about pressure in relationship after 2 years. Does that mean that my Shepard and Liara are just friends now, because I still have her picture in the Captain's Quarters?
Is my Shepard still in relationship?

When you've dealt with the Broker, there is a very, VERY quick Paragon interrupt where Shepard confirms the relationship. Followed by hug/kiss, extra sexiness if FemShep of course.
When you meet later on the Normandy a sex scene ensues, complete with butt grab.

the option is there, don't muddle through it, **** her or not but be clear. no hard feelings is a rubbish line, either tell her you want her till she gives in or tell her it's over.
