The following is a fix for "there is a problem with your game's setup, please reinstall"

After downloading three times and many many google searches later I found a solution.
I cant believe google didnt find anything on this that would work.

Basically adobe air wasnt installed. I didnt know it needed to be installed but EAaccess installer would not run for some reason.

Right click on EAAccess installer in the _installer forlder if your useing EADM and send a shortcut to the desktop.
On the desktop right click and add the following to "target line at the end" /s /dir "loction of dragon age bin_ship"
For example mine is D:\\Origins\\Origin Games\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship

Run it and it will install adobe air. Now the game works:pinched:
