hello. i added a few sustainable spells for anders. specifically arcane sheild, rock sheild, and death siphon. the problem is that everytime we get into a fight he puts all of them up including his healing sustained mode. so in every fight he only has like 20% of his available mana. and you can think its a really bad problem. everytime it happens i swicth to him and deactivate them again but 5 seconds later they are all activated again. he doesn't have enough mana to heal or revive anyone. any help would be greatful. thanks in advance. except for that its a great game.
p.s. i am posting on here cause i can't post on any of the other ones.
i screwed up with anders when adding new spells need help

Register your game and you can post in the other forums.
You probably need to change Anders tactics.

He only activates those sustainables that are in his tactics.

Clear the tactics screen completely (don't just set his behaviour mode) and deactivate any sustained talents he's currently using. Start over.

I'd set Anders to passive or ranged behavior. I prefer melee fighters on default or defensive.
If you have the Black Emporium, you can buy a Maker's Sigh potion to respec your characters. That will allow you to correct any mistakes that you may make when leveling up.
Here's a link to a guide that I used for setting up tactics in DA2:
