Thank you.I was going to avoid being a dwarf, because I'm barely 5 feet tall in real life so I figured why would I want to be a shorty in the game. While trying to pick between a dwarf and an elf I realized the female dwarves seemed prettier in many cases, so I went with that. Sadly, it boosted up my self confidence knowing that I made a cute dwarf. Other than my few Dalish characteristics, I do seem to feel right as a dwarf. Besides, Oghren reminds me so much of myself. The bad puns, the fart jokes and the bluntness when it comes to sex talks. I love him.

Zevran is fun to romance and he does get serious with you surprisingly enough. Somehow its more meaningful when he devotes himself to you, than when Alistair does it.

Did this on my first play through, female dwarf tank. She was much better than my 2 hander human and elf. She romanced Alistair. Frankly she is much prettier than the humans and elves I've made.

That goes with a previous post of mine....to bad there wasn't an Oghren romance option.....I'm going to devote all my flirting to  Zevran on next game....don't know what player next......perhaps should try dwarf!?!!?!...me and one sister are the tall ones in the familly....take after dad...and two of my other sisters are short like my mom....Maybe you were better off to e rejected by Alistair.

Alistair....lots of pursuit and devotion from...won't let you flirt with others....says you're his one and only...then bam...you're dumped.....or even worse....he sleeps with Morrigan....after he tells you how much he dislikes her in the first place.

Have read that Zevran will stay with you as your lover in the end of game if you are romancing him and approvals good....That's what they say in the DAO gaming guide if you become Queen as Human Noble...You will have to let me know what happens as dwarf....maybe you could pick the awesome Gray Warden and ride off into sunset.

I soooo want more romance options, better endings and more dialogue options in DAO2.

Hmm, I'm around 5'2" or so IRL, so I usually stay away from the really short characters. I'd like my alter-egos to be able to have an easier time getting dishes out of the kitchen cabinets, etc. My elf and human are fairly attractive though, so I'm happy with them. However, for the sake of completion I might do the dwarf thing one of these days.

As someone who isn't five feet and never will be (just got the short genes, I suppose) I didn't mind a Dwarf... and I think she's moderately cute (<). I like their tattoos, anyway. Um.

I went through the full Alistair romance with her. There wasn't too many differences: you have a few options to say 'You think I would love a human?', and 'Could you really like a Dwarf?', and Ohgram has a conversation with Ali about what he does with dwarven legs when having sex, with Ohgram offering some advice, IIRC.

Everything looked/seemed find, save for one kiss animation, when her arm went to the back of his head but his head wasn't angled like he was leaning down. He must have dropped to his knees for the kiss, I suppose. Hm.
