 I'm getting the NSIS Error:

Installer integrity check has failed.  Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media.  Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy.

More information at:
http://nsis.sf.net/NSIS_Error

Now, this is on a brand new hard drive on a brand new motherboard.  I used a file that I transferred from my old hard drive, and then after that didn't work, I downloaded a new Arrival DLC from the BioWare site.  This still did not work.  Any suggestions?

Specs:
ASUS Sabertooth X58 motherboard
ATI Radeon HD 6850 GPU
Intel i7 950 3.06ghz quad-core
12gigs DDR3 RAM

Nsis is simply saying the file is corrupted or missing info to the point it will not pass the checks to allow it to run.

Many things can cause an issue, from antivirus software, download accelerators, to the most common cause is bad internet connection. The best way to avoid it is to use a plane jane browser such as Google chrome and don't have any addons, have a wired internet connection on a quality provider ie a good broadband connection. If you get a NSIS, you need to delete the current copy off your machine, clear the cache and retry the DL or if you want try moving again from the old HD. You may also want to disable AntiVirus software during the exchange and make sure you are NOT using any DL accelerators.
