Be that as it may i don't know this for a fact but i'd be willing to bet there are more MANY more gamers that play single player RPG'S than MMO'S. They should have made Kotor for all platforms and not a damn MMO and i feel betrayed to be quite honest by BioWare for doing that.
While this is most likely true, a successful MMO is more likely to bring in more profit due to subscriptions, extras, etc.

Lol.
Why do feel betrayed by Bioware? They couldn't make a new KotOR if they wanted to. Lucas Arts would have to give them the okay first.

They did make a new KOTOR and were gonna get locked if we don't quit.Zanallen wrote...

No. They are making TOR and are doing so at the behest of Lucas Arts. You can't make a Star Wars anything without going through Lucas Arts.

That's fine but it doesn't change the fact in my opinion it should have been a single player RPG available on the 360. MMO' will never get a dime from me and i've been waiting for a Star Wars RPG for my 360 for years, guess it's not going to happen. I don't like the decision to leave all the rest of us out, if that was a Lucas mandate my aplogies BioWare.Zanallen wrote...

The counterpoint here is that many of the comments and critiques of Dragon Age II were taken into account when making products after Dragon Age II was released. The Legacy and Mark of the Assassin DLC products both show some of the steps we have taken in addressing some player complaints. No, it is not part of the Dragon Age II main game--as that would be impossible unless we had some kinda time machine--but it does indicate change over time. It would be unreasonable, in my opinion, to expect the core game to be 100% perfect before "allowing" us to move on to new products which allow us more opportunity to address core issues.Joy Divison wrote...
But DA2 was the best they could come up with. You seem fascinated with the idea that the DLC is an intrinsic part of the actual game. It's not. Perhaps the day Bioware gives all us suckers who pre-ordered DA2 this DLC for free to SHOW us they can come up with better it will be.
EDIT: If you want to stamp your feet and cross your arms to say "I won't believe BioWare is listening and changing based our comments unless I see it in the base game," that's your prerogative, i guess. but that's just a tad unreasonable, don't you think? If you don't believe I can juggle 182 babies named Lorenzo, and I tell you I performed my 182 Lorenzo-juggling act live on Letterman, it's a little unfair to say "nope, you're not doing it in front of. That means you can't or won't do it and I'm right."
P.S. I have never claimed I can juggle 182 babies all named Lorenzo. At least one of them has to be named Filbert.
The Legacy and Mark of the Assassin DLC products are not free.. and i find stupid pay other money for a game that i disliked only to see if there is some improvements..
And i find weird have to pay to be a cavia

I think i, like many DAO fans, were ready and excited for the change to DA2 but the game was not amazing, it was infact horribily medicore, indie devs could and have done better on a lot less money, seriously what did they spend all their money on? That AWESOME button? The advertising guy who called Hawke Shepard?

Thats your choice.
You either buy SWTOR and continue on with the story of the KOTOR time period (sorta), or you dont and miss out.
SWTOR supposedly offers 200+ hours of gameplay per class. Each class (theres 8 of them) have their own complete story. Thats 1600 hours of gameplay that will cost you $60 + $15 per month (1 month free if you pre-order I belive). To me, thats a lot more bang for my buck than KOTOR or KOTOR 2 offered.

Lets not claim that oppinions are fact.
By doing what you did, thats sorta like insulting everyone who liked DA2s taste in entertainment.
If by AWSOME button you mean the Attack button, then I have to say that I enjoyed hitting that a lot more than auto attacking and waiting for CDs in DAO. I dont find auto attacking enjoyable at all.
Also, the voice acting for DA2 alone would have drained the funds of most indie devs.

Thats pretty ironic because aside from a mage there is more auto attacking from a warrior and rogue in DA2 then there ever was for me in DAO. Primarily due to long cooldowns, fast combat and only 3 attacking abilities pretty much.

Umm...DA2 is 85% auto-attacks. In DA:O, mages never autoattacked passed level 10 or so.

It says so right in there. You aren't allowed to have responses that are just pictures. Pictures are not a substitute for an actual response.

In case anyone else hasn't seen the new site rules, posting single image respones is covered under site rule #2,

I am still playing DA:O played through countless times with different mods. DA:2 I played through once because its rubbish. ME1 and ME2 I played through countless times at first I wasn't sure on ME2 ammo clips and talents within the game nor did I like the cut down inventry but I kind of got use to it. But DA:2 with its recycled maps, exploding enemies, lack of bonding with the main character or his/her party members; the cut down inventry and lack of choice between the races makes it a very hard game to like.
Why should I spend money on DLC for a game I didn't like?
Because DA II IS superior.

Oh and exploding enemies was a bug and was fixed, months ago in a patch.

It wasn't bug but rather something they tweaked as result of negative feedback. In the interview with artists who did DA2 they specifically said having the entire groups of enemies explode into goo was there "to make the player feel totally badass".Morroian wrote...

Because ME2 is a space shooter with choices and consequences. It always has been, and always will be. Dragon Age started off as an actual RPG, and then tried to aim for a more "Mass Effect" style.
And, honestly, the characters in ME2 FAR exceed any DA2 characters, save for the Arishok.
