I ask because no one from the company has helped out anyone in the section of your site titled "Social.bioware.com Site Help" in 3-4 months. (As close as I can tell having looked through the various posts in this section)

And when I look for other methods to report a problem I look at the site FAQ and click the link

'How can I report an error or other problem with the site?'

That takes me to the site contact form which has this in bold and red.

If you have tried all of those and are still having problems, please use this form to contact the developers directly. Please note that due to high volume, not all submissions will receive a reply.

But there isn't a form or any link to a form so no way to submit a problem.

So I guess I am wondering if the people in charge of making your site run are no longer employed or if there is simply no way to report problems to them anymore. If it's the latter could there be an announcement to that effect at the top of this forum?

This is just sad. They don't seem to care about this at all. Funny how things were different before they joined EA.
