I cannot download the item; I've completed "Mark of the Assassin" already and have gained 4 out of the 6 achievements. But my online profile has not updated to reflect this and this item is locked even though I should be able to claim it. Any ideas?

My issue is that I have never been able to activate my online profile in the first place for DA2. I have played through Mark of the Assassin now twice with different characters, and unable to acquire The Deep Green. So once my online profile problem has been fixed, I shouldn't have much of a problem after that.

I too have trouble claming The Deep Green ring as well. My DA2 profile isn’t working right. There is little info. On the profile page under characters there are none listed, under achievements three (3) are listed and under unlocks nine (9) are listed. It says “It last updated 2011-10-14 04:38:59 GMT” I have the pc signature edition and yes I have activate online profiles and I’m logged in when I play the game. I have tried multiple things, taking off all the gear saving and putting the gear back on, running as admin, and uninstalling the game and reinstall it and I just tried leaving the game running overnight.

I can't even connect to bioware servers, I have the 360 version, clearing cache doesn't work, switching harddrive doesn't work, switching the system doesn't work, changing my nat settings doesn't work.

As stated in my previous post in this thread:

My DA2 profile seems to have been deleted, and I do not know why. All of my characters, which were showing just fine as of a couple of weeks ago, are gone. All of my achievements and unlocks, which were showing just fine a couple of weeks ago, are gone. I last checked on my profile about a week prior to MotA, and everything was fine then, but it's all gone now.  It's like my DA2 profile got purged, somehow, and it wasn't by any action of my own I can think of.

I have tried doing 'activate profile' and then all the steps I could think of to get them to re-upload, but my DA2 profile remains empty. My DA:O profile is perfectly fine, in comparison.

Needless to say, as all my information has been deleted and my profile is no longer updating, I am unable to get the Deep Green.

Notes: PC version. Not playing with dev console enabled. Able to connect to the servers just fine. Have 5 MotA achievements, which do me no good as my profile has been purged and won't re-upload.

I finally got my achievement to show to show

but it still says "We were unable to verify that you have any Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again. If you believe that this is in error, please let us know" someone hurry and find out how to do this, only 10 days left

I'm having problems too.

I have the DLC for both the PC & xbox 360 version(s).

In the character profiles, for the xbox version, it currently shows that I have all 65 of the achievements for the game (both DLCs included).

As for the PC version - the character, I played both of the DLCs with, is only listed at level 6 - when, in-game, I'm currently at level 26. And it only shows 15 of the 51 achievements I have unlocked so far. (I have gotten all of them for Legacy & 4/5 for Mark of the Assassin).
Also, it doesn't show all of the characters I have created for the PC version.

Both version have been registered, prior to playing them.

Yet, not even the xbox 360 version shows the ring being available.

I  too am still receiving the "We were unable to verify that you have any Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again."  I have 2 of the PC achievements so far (A New Day & The Take) and they are reflected in my BSN profile.  Over the past 3 days I've repeatedly hit the activate online profile button to give it some time to hopefully fix, but no dice.  At first, it even took awhile for my 2 separate DA2 profiles (PC & PS3) to show up at all as clickable options, but now they've updated over the past couple of days.  In reading the posts, I saw the developer console was pegged as a possible sync culprit, so I disabled that but it didn't help.  Hopefully this can be fixed in the near future before the redemption date expires.

Same problem here, can login to the servers, and have acheivements on my profile but the deepgreen page says it can't find any achievements on my profile. go figure.

When i go into DA2 to view achievements and characters, none of them show up
