Hey Spuudle, you're one of those lucky users that have both bugs with your account. Once we get the second patch in place it should work for you.

weezking, did you visit the claim page and click the button to get the item? I don't see the ring on your entitlements page.

In Game i have 2 or 3 achievements "Mark of Assassin", but in my profile Social Network i haven't the achievements, what happend??! i need help with this problem, because i can't get credit to unlock the ring.
i've finished the DLC "Mark of Assassin".

I have every DA2 trophy unlocked but my online profile has not been updated, it has none of my achievements. Anything i can do? I left the game on over night but there is still no update to my account.

I've already unlocked two achievements and I can see them in my profile but still I can't unlock the ring.
When I go to the link it says: "We were unable to verify that you have any Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again. If you believe that this is in error, please let us know."

EDIT: Solved, just checked the link and I have the ring in my entitlements. Thanks

Thanks Jesse for fixing the Sybil (multiple persona) bug - - worked like a charm for me as I now have the ring (my precious...)

I waited a day after getting an achievement and still nada on the ring, I went to the page and still get the unverified message =(

I'm having trouvle as well, I thinkl its the server.

My Social profile shows I have the (A New Day) achievement too

I have completeted the DLC and I get this message when I go to the following: http://social.biowar...da2/mota_bonus/

Still wont work for me, I have all 5 MotA achievements, but it wont update here on my profile Cant see any of my characters of DA2 or new achievements Can see unlocks tho... Help me someone please.

Have recieved all achievements but didn't get credit to unlock the ring. While the profile shows only old characters, but not those with whom passed supplement.

had initial problem getting achievemnets to register, but got that sorted out.

now it displays on my Entitlement Page but does *not* show up in game  :/

anybody else having this issue?
