I'm having the same problem, I keep getting this message when I try to claim it
"We were unable to verify that you have any Mark of the Assassin
achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again. If you believe
that this is in error, please let us know"

I am not able to claim it either. Keeps saying it cannot verify that I have any Mark of the Assassin achievements.

I have all the achievements, but no Deep Green. Same error as posted previously. What is needed to verify this?

I got it to work. I went to my registered games. Then my characters on Dragon age 2. And then I checked my achievements. Then I went back to page to get it unlocked.

 When I log into the game it says I have all the achievements, but my profile on the forum doesn't acknowledge that I have them.  I guess that is why I can't get the item?

 I bought MotA on the day it released and due to my busy work schedule I have yet to be able to play it. I read a prompt from Facebook alerting me to this item and I clicked the link and it states that it cannot verify any ifromation. I just popped in my disc and got the "Quest - Mark of the Assassin completed" message after the initial cinematic. I would like to acuire this item since it is a gift to those who bought and played it, but my schedule recently is very demandingin light of the impending holidays. Please help me retrieve my ring!

I am also being told that my achievements cannot be verified, though I know I have earned all of the MotA ones.

not unlocking for me and the achievements are not showing up on the my achievement page. Have other achievements listed and it says it last updated today but no MotA achievements are carrying over.

Not unlocking for me either. Unable to verify. I have all but one of the MotA achievements. Apparently my profile hasn't been updated for a while. I just deactivated the developer console, so I'll see if it's working tomorrow.

Played the first week it came out. Beat the DLC and got a couple achievements, however I think the bioware connection stuff was down on xbox that week.

 I did the achievements, but my profile won't update my game achievements and i can't get the ring.
