And in a bookmark "Unlocks" - on a site - the picture with a new ring at anybody isn't shown?

In the game in a ring in the list of the unblocked subjects has appeared.

I can't get the ring either. Always telling me "We were unable to verify that you have any Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again. If you believe that this is in error, please let us know".

I finished mark of the assassin with all the achievement. Still didn't received the ring...

EDIT: Said nothing, just received it...

I got mota achievement, but can't claim the ring.

i guess all of us have the same problem i recieved the last archievement just 5 minutes ago, i guess i'll try again tomorrow

I completed the DLC, no credit for the ring. I am also missing ~half of my other achievements in my profile and two of my characters aren't showing up either. I'd appreciate if there was a way to fix this.

I know it's probably because I've used the developer console a few times to get past a bug, and I have tried all the suggested solutions around these forums but none of them return the ability to sync my progress correctly. I've been having this issue for at least 6 months now.

The same happens on DA:O as well.

Edit: Installed a fresh DA2 to another computer, copied my saves over, loaded the game, saved and refreshed the Deep Green unlock page and now it works properly. Remind me to never open up the dev console... ever again.
(The weird part: I've done re-install of the game on my laptop which I originally used the dev console on. Apparently that wasn't fresh enough for the dev console stigma to clear up?)

Similar here, though despite sying it updated my profile on the 26th it still has me down as level 13 rogue, which was a fair while back, so not sure how that's happened.

I'm having trouble accessing the bonus item also... finished the DLC yesterday and synced also... syncing again with EA account now... not sure if it will help.

Same here. Played through the entire DLC (loved it!) and not ring.

Same as some of the others have said, have an achievement in the dlc and no ring. I get the same error message that no achievements can be found.

I can get DA:O to update but DA2 hasnt updated since 2 months ago and my first character is missin all together

edit: Pro tip, create a new character save, check the mota bouns page. worked for me.

Zran has a good point. If you create a new character and play an hour or so with it your game will probably attempt to sync it. After you've done that come to Social and visit your profile. This will get your character put into the queue to be refreshed and should result in your data being updated along with your achievements.

Well i tried it, made a new Character and played over an hour checkt my Profile on the Social site and still nothing -.-
