I'm having the same problem (PC Version).

Edit = The problem being that the website is unable to verify.  In truth, my profile hasn't updated my character information for a long, long time.  Going all the way back to my original playthrough of Origins, actually.

I have every trophy for MotA on PS3 and it says I have none.

I'm having difficulty claiming my bonus item. I am also on PC.

I have same problem - play  on PC.  I have all the MOTA acheivements  but website state it's unable to verify.

I only login manually to get add-ons and update my info.

Glad to know others are having same problem and hope they fix it soon

PC version. Profile does not update even though the the achievement is unlocked in the game. Unable to unlock bonus DLC.

I'm having this issue too, which is odd considering I have all the achievements for the DLC. Strange thing is that it doesn't even regester I have any achievements for the game itself, but if you look up my gamertag on xbox.com it's all there. This is fairly annoying

1:Make sure the console is not activated
2: Go into a save and mess around. I did the final battle of the game right to the end and the achievements where all uploaded.

Still wont verify, even after multiple attempts to activate profile. Hey Bioware, are you guys getting these comments? I haven't seen any Bioware posts here in awhile.....

Finished the content and got multiple achievements but because I couldn't connect to the servers through the games, it didn't synch when I updated things. Now that I am connected to the servers I'm still having issues

Got the Deep Green at last! I did as Mr. House suggested for PC players. I opened the "checkpoint" save and killed some guards then saved. But did not seem to work so I did a google search and got Chrs Priestly message in this thread that had a link which worked. Copied the message with link below:

"If you're having problems claiming your MotA bonus item, The Deep Green, please post here. To claim the item visit:

Same here, I did everything possible and from the very start I had problems with DA2 profiles... BW site created one and then just didn't keep updaing those even though I was always logged in... no matter what I did, updating was dodgy, it just didn't work - and that was way before I actually activated dev console. Then I actually activated de's console. Today, when I saw that I don't have all those achievements registered here - I figured out it was 'cause of developer's console that I enabled (Steam version)... but then I disabled it and the strangest thing happened, I clicked once again 'Activate Online Profile' and another profile was created that was finally updating as it was supposed to do... so I actually have two dragon age2 profiles, even though I didn't make them on purpose. The second one is updating properly, finally (and don't mix this with dev's console, this problem started long b4 I actually activated it), and I still can't redeem my ring... not that it matters, tis one item, I'm just trying to figure out what happened here.

Can't verify achievements. But the problem is, the site has not updated my profile with achievements since July... I have briefly used cheats, but now it's all off. And yes, the profile update is activated in my game settings...

Hey guys, sorry for not checking in sooner but we've been swamped this week.

For those of you who haven't had The Deep Green activate yet there are a couple things you need to know.

First off your Dragon Age 2 profile has to be activated on the Social website. This means you need to go to your profile here on Social (click on your avatar in the top left). From there select the games tab and find the "(Activate Online Profiles)" link.

I've seen a few people say their characters aren't updating but when I go to your profile I see the achievements so be sure to give it some time after activating before posting here.

If you've already done this before or are doing it for the first time we don't instantly sync your data to Social. The game sends updates to an external server every so often while you are playing. Social is then reading this data to display your character online. This means we won't always have the very latest data from your game.

If you've installed cheats or other hacks we can't guarantee anything will work properly. If you've done that and it isn't working you should probably re-install the game.

Your version of that page is what you should be looking at to see if you have the proper achievements.

So when posting your report of not receiving The Deep Green please let me know if:
a) your DA2 profile shows you have a MotA achievement (post a link to it)
or
your DA2 profile is not activating
I suppose there might be a C but I can't think of it right now.

Anyway, I'll be back on Monday to check in again.
