My entire dragon age 2 profile isn't working. All my characters aren't showing up and my achievements aren't registered. What do I do?

I'm having simlar issues to people here. the first time i logged in I got a message saying my profile needed activated ,which I did I then loged in to the game to reupload my latest profile and i'm having no luck geting the item at all.

Hi Horus, your profile is working but it looks like the game hasn't sent an update with your new achievements. If possible one thing you could try is leave the game running overnight. I'm going to try getting some more details on what triggers the game to send an update.

Nimpe, I've noticed a few profiles like yours where it reports you have a profile on Social but doesn't have any details. I'll try to look at that next week.

 I have the A New Day achievement but it says it cannot verify.

I am also getting the message:

We were unable to verify that you have any Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again. If you believe that this is in error, please let us know.

However, I initially had console on and did not get this message, but did not have my new achieves recognized. I turned console off and now get the above message.

Dantean, I checked your entitlements and it says you have The Deep Green. Did you get it figured out?

Cnorthup, you don't have any MotA achievements and it also only shows you having characters on the PC. Is that not correct?

Well, I have special situation because I have two profiles now - one that was created when the game was released, showing my pre-dlcs achievements:

and now the second one that displays all achievements I have properly (both Legacy and MotA):

Yesterday, my husband deleted all my characters from the first one, thinking it might actually help since I got this second profile that was actually updating properly - ofcourse, it didn't disappear, so I'm guessing that I need your help with this issue. As I said before, I was using developer's console (enabled it this summer, but the problems with my first profile started long before that, and it is disabled now). And the second profile wasn't made on purpose, so if you can help with this issue, I would be grateful.

I ran into a mess lately. I changed my gamertag on Xbox live. This left me with no way to contact EA servers. Now what I have done was format my Xbox hard drive. This worked for me placing my new gamertag on my EA/Bioware profile. Now can I still get the Deep Green ring? I lost the character I used to play through DA2 and the DLCs.

EDIT: I'm still having the same problems with the EA servers. It's a hit or miss.

I got it like I said ( and the deep green is still listed in my registered game content )but now something strange has happened...I turned my xbox of and went to do other things and now when I checked my profile again, all my characters and acheivements for DA2 are gone. What happened?!

For some reason, my profile is not updating, and I do not have access to the ring, despite the fact that I finished up all the achievements for Mark of the Assassin. It says it cannot verify my achievements.

If you have the achievements uploaded but still getting "Unable to verify...", try it again with your game running. Worked for me.

I've compeleted MOTA and unlocked some of the Achievements but it is not showing them on my profile and therefore I can't get the deep green ring

Thanks for the quick response Jesse. I did notice that when i checked my da2 profile on the site it was a low level warror and that was sevral games ago. It seems the profiles not actualy been updated in a long time. If memory serves you could manualy triger an update in Origins, but I see no profile management options from with in da2. Lasty I compleated mota as a rogue using a save i had backed up on my external hard drive. I did a clean install to play the dlc i'm wondering if thats a factor.

update:

I did a clean install of da2 deleted some old origins profiles and my profile uploaded properly. I now have the item. I must say though that given the history of problems redeming promo items in da2 there has to be a better way of doing this.

Finished MotA last night, with all achievements unlocked except the Take. Still no luck this morning getting it the verify. Have tried both with the game running and without it.
