Straight to the point - Yes, definitely. I've done every other romance and i have a gay shep in waiting.

To the OP: No, that's just not my thing. But I wouldn't be averse to having the option there for players who were interested in it. I might even check out the scene on Youtube out of curiosity!

it doesn't make me uncomfortable and i play mass effect enough that i should explore all the content.

Would't mind a platonic s/s relationship ( for realism's sake ), but Bioware doesn't let players do that even with straight romances.

Probably not since I never really bothered to do romances in the games outside of for achievements. So probably not.

I am a straight male irl, but that didn't stop me from romancing every character in DA2 male or female, (in the same playthrough)

I like to explore the dialogue of these games, one of my favorite aspects imo. Still, it all depends on whether or not i have the time to make a "m/m playthrough" or not, or whether romances can happen all in one playthrough like DA2. I usually playthrough Male Shep first and romance a chick, then i replay and romance a different chick, then I go Femshep and romance s/s. After all that I'll see if i have time.

Well, I have...never made a straight character on DA2, so I would totally love to keep up the tradition with Mass effect. Which is why I was sad when my M!Shep couldn't romance Kaidan.

So, I already have a male and female Shepard reserved for the same sex romance. Because I seemingly have too much time. It will be interesting to see how they make it happen, though. Like, will any characters point it out? I can't wait to see!

No. I have a male shep but I did not find the females romances compelling enough for replay value. That said, I don't feel inclined to create a new ManShep or modify my current one, for "the gay" *insert annoyed fangirlsm screams here*

I find it appalling the number of people who are going to make male characters and team them up with other male characters to see some sworthy gay sex. Its as readily disgusting as men making female characters and do the same. When I heard that Bioware was going to feature same sex romances in DA2 and now in ME3,I shrugged. No shame in loving somebody no matter what your gender is - furthermore homosexuals deserves the right for equal representation in the game as much as heterosexual people do......

I'll have to wait and see - romances in these games are so poorly done and add nothing to the game for me.

My Shepard has been alone all this time - I might just focus on the mission.

However - if I could videotape Kaidan and I and send it to all the obnoxious fawning female NPCs in this game and watch their pitifully needy souls wither and die... then it would be worth it.

Except of course for Samara - the only female with some self-respect.

Just as I have nothing against Sardinians who love maggot cheese, I don't have anything against people who want their Shepard to participate in a male/male romance in ME3. It is a personal preference, just not my preference.
