So as I was doing a new playthrough, I noticed that the templar chick that talks to you in the quest "Prime Suspect" where the templar Emeric dies, and after Emeric's death she tells you that she will be looking into Emeric's investigation and to find her should you find something new.
I'm curious if she is able to be found later in the quest "All that remains", as Gascard also says something to that effect and you can in fact find him later and have him help you find your mother...and also get killed with a bolt in the gut (thanks for that one btw Varric<_<)
Anyone knows if she can be found later to help search for Leandra? I think that is kind of sad that you lose all of your family and you can't do a thing to prevent it.

If you don't kill Gascard, then you can set that templar on his trail. She will eventually find him and have Gascard executed.
She offers no help in finding Leandra, however.

You still can never prevent Leandra's death, that's just a canon part of the story.

No, I even did go to her in the Gallows to see if she had any new information when I was searching for mother but I seem to recall she just said she would keep a look out or something to that effect. Gasgard is more useful and there are varying ways that can end post mother's death - if you don't take Varric with you and you didn't tell the Templars where to find him.
