Meh. Tali & Garrus helped save the galaxy. Nothing surmounts that, I don't give a damn what Keyden or Ash were doing.
Hell, Tali's willing to work with a Geth to do it and Garrus can sacrifice his one chance at revenge on the traitor that killed his squad for it. Better than a big "F*ck off!" from the VS.

It's not confirmed whenthe VS is made a Spectre so they could be under going their evaluation for spectre status,you know like how Nihlus was supposed to watch Shepard before She got inducted ot the Spectre's? that thing. you can't just walk away form that and hoe to be a Spectre. EDIT: Shepard happens to be a Spectre, and does whatever the hell he wants, and isn't assigned "missions". Don't see him getting crap from the Council for it. And Tali basically walked off the job, I kind of doubt the Admiralty Board (Mainly her father) would have let her leave if she had gone back to the Fleet.
Spectres protect Council space. Thought that might involve Reaper minions. Guess personal vendettas trump duty.

We must have played different games. Tali was on my team nearly forever the instant she joined, and Garrus... well, considering all the crashing I did in the Mako, Garrus keeping it up to snuff must have been helping me. Then there was the Saleon thing.Mr.House wrote...

You mean the two minutes that Garrus came off the ship to do a personal matter? Last time I checked they sat in the ship while Ash, Liara and Wrex almost died on Virmire, Kaidan died on Virmire. Kaidan is a hero, Ash is a true friend and her anger makes sense. Hopefully in ME3 we will have a chance to make up for it unless Bioware pulls more bs.Xilizhra wrote...

Not anyone else's problem that your poor judgement caused you to leave the two best characters at home. As Bioware clearly tried to get through your head.
Wrex only almost died because he almost attacked me. And Tali also almost died on the Citadel. Though I don't see how it matters that much; in the end, they all had their roles to play.
