I am doing a Human Nobal play right now and want him to marry Anora. However everytime I kill Loghain It just jumps to me makeing Alistair king. Is there a way to kill off Loghain and still marry Anora and become king? I had the talk with Anora where she agrees to marry me. Then I told Alistair that I was sapporting her as Queen. Then at the Landsmeet when I have Alistair kill Loghain it jumps right to Emon declaring Alistair King and Anora must give up her claim to the throne? What am I doing wrong??
Is there a way to become King and keep Alistair a warden?

Don't harden him before then. If you keep the hardening dialogue for after that battle, Alistair can kill Loghain, yet he still won't want to be King.

Anora will never marry the man who kills her father. To become king and keep Alistair you have to make him your champion to fight Loghain. Then after the fight choose the rule alongside Anora option to finish the process. Alistair must be the one who fights and kills Loghain or your bid to be king is over.

Copy and paste of my response in the other thread where this question was asked (in the DA2 forums).
Here is how THAT encounter works.
If the Warden kills Loghain, Anora won't marry him because she will not marry the man who kills her father.
If Alistair is hardened, if he kills Loghain he automatically takes the throne.
If Alistair is NOT hardened, if he kills Loghain he does NOT automatically take the throne.
SO, if you hardened Alistair, you will have to spare Loghain which means you lose Alistair as a warden. However, if you have NOT hardened Alistair, you can have Alistair kill Loghain, and the warden can still marry Anora.

You don't have to make Alistair your champion, you can fight Loghain yourself and let Alistair kill him. The important thing is that it takes an unhardened Alistair to pass on taking the crown.

So Alister takes the crown even if you tell him that you're supporting Anora beforehand and kill Loghain for him?

No. But if he's hardened, and he's the one who kills Loghain, he takes up the throne, even if you tell him you're supporting Anora.
