Okay, so i had gone through all this mish-mash of re-installation and uninstallation of Dragon age origins:Ultimate edition from steam, and onto Origin service.

a few moments back i has observed that 1.4 patch was something i could use.

So i applied my 1.4 patch, and it asked for an adobeAIR update.

i accepted, and tried logging in, but the game would not launch. not at all.

Frustrated, i attempted again, but it did not work.

So i went back and put in 1.5 beta patch, and the first time it had an error and did not work.

Angry, i re-did the patch. That time, it went through without a problem.

I was able to log on properly and throuoghly.

The game started up, but adobeAIR said it had another update again, and interuptted Dragon age a few times with some stuttering and flashing.

Finally, when the update was done, Dragon Age Origins:Ultimate edition had launched.

I experienced afterward:

-No long loading times
-All DLC functioning properly
-Being able to use MAXIMUM graphics and be able to play at perfect speed.
-no freezing,crashes or stalling.
-everything running smoothly, 100% great!
-running it on a laptop.

with a Intel®core™ i52410M CPU @ 2.30GHz Processor and 4 GB of RAM,
Dragon age is now playing perfectly.

and before, it was suffering each and every problem we've had with the beta,

such as the longer loading times and stuff.

So i wonder, is this just pure luck, or did i stumble upon something here?

Ive been playing for a few days and these new effects are persisting.

Perhaps Updates to AdobeAIR and a 1.5-1.4-1.5 Update switch fixes the problem?
