Something makes me think that if Ashley will have SpeCTRe blue armour, CE will give her "phoenix" recolour of it.

Becausу for now alt. appearance recolour make strange things: it gives recolour of armour for human males and recolour of casual outfit for human female. Maybe it just gives recolours of both armour and casual outfits for both genders?

Edit: to expand this theory: Liara will have her LotSB outfit and portrayed recolour (alt. appearance) for armour and white-and-green dress she wore on Illium and dress from final scene of LotSB (alt. appearance) for casual outfits.

The new looks Ashley seems to be a cross between Angelina Jolie and Joanna Dark <_<

I gotta disagree that the Phoenix Armor was the worst looking Armor in the game. That award definitely goes to the Colossus Armor. Sadly, the best looking armors in ME1 are only available via cheat codes. (I love the Freedom Armor, which is what Liara/Ashley wears aboard the SR1 in Mass Effect 2, and the Partisan Armor, which is what Captain Wesae wears during Samara's Recruitment Mission, but any recolor of that armor model is awesome).

Captain Wasea is the leader of the Eclipse Sisters on Illium. I actually really dislike the look of the Freedom and Partisan armor. I like symmetry so I can't go for those armors.

WHAAAT? Samara is not in Me3? Well I mean everyone is in there but WHAAAT?!
When was that confirmed that shes not an offical squadie? 

Samara will be in some regard in ME3. Squaddie or not or if she's going to be more then a cameo we don't know
