1. It’s important to identify which product is experiencing the problem.

a. Is it the console version or the PC version? PC

b. Media: Physical Disk

2. System Details

a. AMD Athlon™ 4450e / Dual Core / 2.3ghz / 3g Ram

b. Ninvidia Geforce 9500 GT / 2286 MB / Not sure how to check driver version


d. Operating System: Windows Vista

e. Direct X Version: I belive I have DirectX 10

3. Problem Details

a. When it comes to problem details, think about the five basic questions: Who? What? When? Where? Why? Okay, so “Who?” doesn’t really apply here, but the others do.

b. What? When I try to install right after clicking "I agree" and hitting next I get a window that says there was an error with C++ or something (I'm not exactly sure what that all means" then a window that says "unified registration code install program has stopped working" then when I click okay it will just go to the next part of the installation, without asking me for my cdkey or anything.

c. When? At the begining of setup.

d. Where? Setup.

e. Why? I don't know why this is happening.
