Hi. I have a problem with Wardens Keep. The guy from camp - the one you have to talk too, to get the mission - is gone. His cart is there, but not him. If I load a saved game from 20 hours before, then he´s there. But I´m not gonna replay 20 hours just because of that. So please, read this. Is the conversation between me and one from Costumor Service:

Ceylona: I bought DAO a while
back, installed it, and everything worked. I then got Wardens Keep,
Golems of Amgarrak and The Stone Prisoner as a gift. They worked to.
Then I had to reinstall my computer. After that, every DLC that I had
didn´t work.
Ceylona: When I started the game it said that it
was "Unauthorized".
Ceylona: A while back, I bought
Ultimate Edition and redeemed the code.
Satender: Please let me
know the serial code.
Ceylona: Same thing there, nothing worked.

Ceylona: I´m not done, wait.
Ceylona: I then bought a new
Edition, started a new account, and went to you, asking if a new
Edition DLC code, with a new computer, and a new account would work.
I sat right here, not more than an hour ago, reading "It will
work" from one of your people.
Ceylona: Now, I´ve
downloaded every DLC that I came with the game, redeemed the code -
and it STILL says that it´s unauthorized.
Satender: Please tell
the serial code for this game.
Ceylona: 6HGE-WFJ6-EXGA-EXBY.
That´s for the DLC.
Satender: Please send me the serial code for
the game.
Ceylona: I haven´t redeemed that code. I´m using the
CD from the first Awakening I bought, before the first Ultimate
Edition.
Satender: the licence limit of the code has been
reached, Please provide me the code so I can increase the
limit
Ceylona: Wait.
Ceylona: ****-****-****

That´s for the original game
Satender: Thank you for providing
me the information. Please stay online while I look into your
issue.
Ceylona: Sure. Thanks.
Satender: I have increased the
limit, Now please manually uninstall the game and then reinstall the
game with this key,
Ceylona: Okey.
Satender: Please
wait.
Ceylona: What will I do with the characters? Can I just copy
the folder and put it in when I´ve reinstall it?
Ceylona: So, do
I uninstall it?
Satender: Yes.
Ceylona: Thank you.

I have added this DLC manually, Please check it in
http://social.bioware.com, then registered game content.



I´ve deleted some things, like my email adress and such, but I´ve kept the rest. Can anyone help me?

Where are you in the game?? What have you done, and what do you have left to do?? I am wondering if you just waited too late in the campaign to do the mission??!!?? You know it works earlier, so..... The Tech help chat is basically wasted space,

I´ve completed everything - The Stone Prisoner included - except the Alienage. I stopped playing for like a week just so that I could get Ultimate Edition to work.
