Where'd my DLC go?

So I have purchased all of the DLC. I recently uninstalled, but kept my save files, and reinstalled the game since the configuration utility wasn't working.

Anyways I now cannot, for whatever reason after even reinstalling the DLC, play the game because the message (shown in the image) shows up. Any ideas on how to fix this? It won't let me play on my previous character either.

1) Reinstall the dlc.
2) connect to your account by entering the email and password of the account the dlc was purchased on, ingame on the 2nd computer called the cerberus network.
3) make sure you are online, with the same account.
4) See if the save will load.
5) if not post back and we will try something else.

Also, trying looking at http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php .  If they're not there, there's either a real problem or you're not logged in with the right account.

Hm... I just reinstalled Kasumi for the 2nd time and this time when the message showed up it didn't include it. I'll consider this problem over with. Idk why they didn't reinstall correctly the first time. Thanks though!
