Better off just buying the Ultimate Edition. Get it all for the going price of Origins or Awakening. I know you have Origins, but the alternative costs quite a bit more I think. The UE is on sale often enough to make it worth it. For the 360 and PS3, you can even get it used.
Yes, they are worth it. I enjoyed them all.

The Ultimate Edition is the way to go if you're only gettin into it now. You'll get everything for less money than you otherwise would. If you have to buy them separately, here's what I would recommend assuming that you already have Stone Prisoner:
Warden's Keep
Return to Ostagar
The Golems of Amgarrak
Witch Hunt
Warden's Keep
Return to Ostagar
The Golems of Amgarrak
Witch Hunt

Mileage may vary when it comes to DLCs. I wrote a brief discussion covering all of DAO's DLCs here, but of course like the opinions you have already received here, it is just one person's take.
Ultimately, I'd argue that it comes down to what you want from your DLCs. I still don't own Witch Hunt and RtO because I'm not really interested in what they offer, yet other people really liked them.

If you're going to buy Awakening, you might as well just buy the UE and get 'em all in case you want to play them. The difference between Awakening new and the UE on sale is probably less than 10 bucks, but that's just a wild guess.
Darkspawn was okay. Golem was fun and quite challenging on normal and higher. WH is a nice wrap up for your warden.

Yes. If for nothing else, the challenge it presented was well worth it.

I don't think they are. If you beat the last boss of Golems though, you get an item for future playthroughs that'll make your characters quite rich. Golems is also by far the most challenging part of DAO, so if that's your thing, it's certainly worth it.
Dark Spawn Chronicles is a fun for a little while, but it is perhaps the least essential DLC for DAO.
Witch Hunt is just too short, isn't challenging at all, and I hated the ending.

Like others have said -it's wiser to purchase ultimate edition; it comes all wrapped up and the result is cheaper
I don't know what to say about the quality of DAO dlc. But I can give my personal experience:
I enjoyed Leliana's song, because I always felt Leliana was one of the best characters (not _the_ best, but very interesting). Some parts of the story, though, don't match well with the explanations Leliana gives in the original campaign. On the other hand, it has some cool dialogues and climatic situations.
I didn't like Witch Hunt too much, since I felt it was too bland and extremely easy. Also, the story is extremely poor in comparison -even more, given the expectations of Morrigan's plot closure. It has two very cool things: a new type of boss, and a very interesting section in the mage tower.
I extremely disliked Darkspawn chronicles. Playing as a monster, killing loved characters from the campaign... it wasn't my short f thing.
I loved Golems of Amgarrak. By far, I think it's the best dlc released for Origins: it offers an extremely challenging boss battle with a new enemy, cool gameplay in some old deep roads ruins, and a very intriguing story about dwarves and magic.
Awakening... well, not exactly dlc, but an expansion. I can't say is "bad", but unfortunatelly it has many bugs and errors that turns into awful something that should have been superb. Some of the new companions, for example, are cool and lovable; the same for the quality on new enemies and bosses (the new darkspawn are extremely creepy; a glimpse of what should have been the design in DA2). Here and there you'll find memorable moments, but also too many dead ends and frustrating bugs. My disappointment comes from the missed opportunity more than from the stand-alone quality.
For the rest... well, I found return to Ostagar not too bright (another little adventure for the original campaign, no more, no less). On the contrary, I enjoyed Warden's keep a lot -and it comes with new abilities and interesting decisions to make. When it comes to Shale and her quests..., well, I liked Shale, a great character and all, but the quests for her are not particulary interesting for me.
And well, that is all. I hope this serves you for something.

Definitely as everyone says get the UE. All the dlc extends your gametime so that is a positive if you enjoy your character and want to draw it out. From a design point of view the DLC is a very costly and low efficiency game extender. Each one adds a couple of hours to the total design. If you plan to do 5-10 replaysyou get value for money. Otherwise you would be wise to take your memories and play something else.

In summary none of the DLC individually is worth even 50% of the price, but if you get it all in the UE its a good deal.

Look for online digital sales. Last week I picked up DAO Ultimate on Direct2Drive for $7.50. It was 12.4Gb and took me 4 days to download, but the savings was worth it. I'm now 12 hours into Origin and its really great.
