 Hi,

So this might be a noob question but I got a used Xbox 360 for my birthday and it came with this game. I want to to get the Down Loadable Content but so far it is only letting me click on the feast day pranks to download, like I can't even download the free stuff. I don't mind adding microsoft points and paying for the DLC but I just want to make sure I can even get the DLC. I have the game on PC so I already have an account that I log into and I have a gold Xbox Live account. Thanks for the help and sorry if I posted on the wrong thread or this question has already been asked. I couldn't find it anywhere.

Everything should be 'in the box' so to speak. As far as I am aware, all the dlcs are on the second disc of the Ultimate Edition; though I feel you should already know this as you claim you can click on Feast Day Pranks. All the other things should be there alongside it as well ready to be installed.

Apparently the first time you pop the disc in a menu pops up which offers you the option to install the content; you just pick and choose what you want. Have you tried to select the other content using a different method? (Analogue stick? D-pad? You'll be surprised how many people have been caught out by the d-pad thing on the ME2 importer for the 360.)

You haven't mentioned any error messages otherwise I would also suggest checking connections to the HDD and stuff just to eliminate those possibilities, alongside of actual HDD space left.

Thanks, I added the stuff in from the second disk. Yeah I totally realized after I posted this that I should check the second disk but I couldn't figure out how to delete my post. Another random noob question is how do I check which Downloadable contents I have and which ones I don't? Bare with me I'm still trying to figure out how to work an Xbox, I've never had one before.

With the exception of certain pre-order items the Ultimate Edition is pretty much complete with respect to the purchaseable dlcs on XBox Live. Do NOT mistakenly purchase any other DAO dlc from XBox Live marketplace as you will already have them on the second disc (unless you want to buy something for your Avatar but that's up to you of course).

Typically there should be a downloadable content tab in the main menu where you can view your purchases, or content you have access to.

Be careful if you are browsing XBox Live marketplace though with respect to what you have purchased though. For example, this is my experience with Feast Day dlcs. There are three separate dlcs on XBox Live marketplace: Feastday Pranks, Feastday Gifts, and Feastday Combo Pack (which contains Pranks and Gifts). I bought the combo pack, and yet my tab showed that I had not bought FDP and FDG (technically correct).

Another user cites that Awakening shows as an available download even though they have the disc. This is also true because they did not purchase it off of XBox Live marketplace which does not track your disc purchases. In short, be wary of what XBox Live marketplace informs you as 'available content' (general advice not just specific to DAO). The 'Downloadable Content' tab in the game should be accurate though (but be wary in any case).

Anyway...with respect to what you should have the following should be a comprehensive list:

Blood Dragon Armor*

Return to Ostagar

The Stone Prisoner

Warden's Keep

The Darkspawn Chronicles

Blightblood (for Origins)*

Blightblood (for Awakening)*

Feastday Gifts*

Feastday Pranks*

Leliana's Song

Battledress of the Provocateur (for Origins)*

Battledress of the Provocateur (for Awakening)*

Witch Hunt

Witchcraft (for Origins)*

Witchcraft (for Awakening)*

The Golems of Amgarrak

Golem's Might (for Origins)*

Golem's Might (for Awakening)*

Final note(s): the ones I have tagged with an * are items to be used within the game itself; most of those need to be unlocked before you can use them. The others are game modules. Return to Ostagar, The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep can be accessed during the Dragon Age: Origins campaign. The Darkspawn Chronicles and Leliana's Song are standalone modules which have no impact as such with the exception of the items you can unlock in them. The rest of the game modules (The Golems of Amgarrak and Witch Hunt) follow the Origins game.

Due to the import feature DAO employs the order to play the main game in is: Dragon Age: Origins > Dragon Age: Awakening > The Golems of Amgarrak > Witch Hunt.

EDIT: corrected for info.
