Lizardviking rolls paragon and I'm pretty sure Eternal Ambiguity isn't 100% renegade.  Don't classify people based on their in-game morality.

Yeah kind of typical, a little.

Personally, I'm a Paragade. You guys won't like me when I'm angry. Thankfully, that never happens on forums, cause I'm usually a cheerful guy.

He's right about the romances though, they should not affect the outcome of the war.  They are seperate plot arcs from the overall arc and just because I cheated on Ash because she was a she-**** from hell on Horizon doesn't mean she should have the pull to screw up alliances or something to that effect.

Of course they don't, and they shouldn't.  It's the assumption that one's opinion is correct and that everyone else is a moron that I have a problem with.  It's the bizarre train of thought that 100% of players will do everything absolutely perfect and know exactly how every choice plays out the first time they play it that bugs me.

If you cannot resist the temptation of looking up spoilers and metagaming the sh*t out of everything, you have only yourself to blame.

I always do the first play through of any game sans help.  Sometimes it works out ok and sometimes it catastrophic as was my 1st play through of ME2, I think half my squad died during the suicide mission.  Of course I sorta rushed through it because I wanted to see how it ended.  With ME3 I plan on going slower and taking my time and taking the time to talk to each of my squadmembers.  My first play through shoudl go swimmingly.

I think there's a direct correlation in that Renegades tend to prefer harsher stories, and thus undertake harsher actions.

Of course, in that case, it'd be relatively safe to just give the Renegades a harsher ending.

First off,the whole "I'm angry and have a chip on my shoulder" attitude might work with some of these yahoos, but your whole internet tough guy routine wont work on me.  And no, all your ranting and raving wont do a damn thing but get your sorry ass banned.  The devs will do what they want, and there is nothign you or I can do about it, so suck it the f**k up and be on your merry way.

Untrue. I'm a paragon to the core, but I don't necessarily want it to be all happy; I'd prefer if a couple squadmates bit the dust.
So not all of us are renegades.

I will probably f*ck it up pretty bad, since I'm not usually one to go into a game blind.  I usually chicken out and grab a guide three-quarters of the way through.  I've done that since I was eight years old (OH GOD WHAT KIND OF POKEMON DO THE ELITE FOR HAVE I DO NOT WANT TO LOOOOSE!!).

However, I've been getting better at not spoiling the game for myself.  I didn't look up anything on Portal 2 (although it was impossible not to run into a few spoilers), and I was impressed by what I didn't know.  Starcraft 2 was also a great challenge since I ran in mostly blind, but I wound up being a little let down because a few plot twists were kind of stupid.

It's a lot more fun and intense when you don't know what's coming next.  Also, I'd like to commend you for attempting to take ME3 slow; I'll probably pound it out in less than a week because I neeeeed to know what happens next (and in my haste, miss a few details and accidentally the whole galaxy).

I played full paragon. I want a bittersweet ending. I want the narrative to deliver on the buildup.

It is more fun, so next time don't even bother to buy the book, get it a month later after you've had a few play throughs, the experience will be all that more fulfilling.

Yeah, I agree with Admiral. Lol..I too am one for a guide. I think I have guides for FF7,8,9,10,10-2,12. and a couple other games. I never want to lose and I want to get everything I possibly can from a game!

With that said I'm going to try my hardest to not do the same with ME3. Sadly, I haven't had the option to play through ME1 and ME2 blind since I got the games rather late. (ME1 this time last year, and ME2 last february.) So I'm really excited to see how I'll do with a blind playthrough...something tells me if its going to be like the SM to some extent..my squaddies will die. After my first blind playthrough, THEN I'll go through and get everything lol.

Right now, I'm doing things on the game how I would do them. The second trilogy marathon will involve me screwing myself; and everyone else over so badly the Reapers will have more than half the work done for them. For the lulz.

I rarely use a guide on the first playthrough. I managed to get through the SM with zero losses by reading the dialogue cues carefully. Though the spacebar might have sabotaged that at anytime, LOL.

Edit, yes, and you didn't need a guide to see through my ploy.  Image IPB

Sorry, your opinion isn't fact despite whatever you might think.  They may take what we think into account, but in the end they do what they want, because that is how a business is run.  You may think you know how it is run, but you know very little.  Business' would go broke if they always listened to their customers, because customers by and large don't know jack ****.  If you think that they listen to the very vocal minority that is the BSN then you are sorely mistaken, we are not that important and are infact a very small percentage of the fanbase.

THIS IS NOT MY OPINION NOW.
ARGH. how can you be so thick. it's like the world is on fire and you're standing right in the dead center, with fingers in your ears, your eyes shut, yelling as loud as you can: THERES NO FIRE. THERES NO FIRE THERES NO FIRE.

Do not take my word for it then, go look.

Also, please develop that last part better. They may take what we say into consideration but blah blah blah. Isn't that exactly the definition of INFLUENCE?
God ol' mercy smite this one tonight.  If you're trying to argue about who LITERALLY makes the choice, then guilty, Bioware does. but if you for one second think the fanbase isn't a huge parasite sucking at their heels, you're delusional.
