Courtesy of Dark Horse themselves.

https://digital.dark...fect-3-preview/

Well, the first panel mentions events from the third novel. Aria, never one to let an opportunity pass her by, nevertheless establishes Omega as a Cerberus supply hub for their frequent trips through the Omega-4 Relay. Whether those trips be to the Collector Base itself or to the various Cerberus-built creations in the area is a matter of player choice, of course, so the writers are skirting the line on that one.

The rest of the preview... is pretty standard-issue Dark Horse Mass Effect. You'll either enjoy it or you won't but let's keep things reasonably civil please.

Look like an artists rendition of Scions to me, perhaps an evolution of one.

If we're not counting rogue cells (which this doesn't appear to be, at least) then we can safely round it down to... forty? Fifty? :P

This is cheesy and cliche but................you play with fire and you will get burned.  Cerberus never learns and it will be to their complete and utter downfall.  Good, they need to be shut down anyways.

So everyone just sat back and allowed Cerberus to establish these bases?

Oh so cerberus messed up again? Who didn't see that coming?

Seriously though, how did cerberus not notice all those things in their ship? And if they did know, where the hell were they taking it, and why were they taking it off of the omega station?

Wait a minute... What if we didn't give cerberus the base? >.>

No one else has the reaper IFF, that allows safe passage through the Omega 4 relay.

If i was to guess i would think that they knew the "tings" were aboard but they probably also thought they were under control - perhaps they were even taking the "tings" to omega for a test run and they got out of control..you know the usual Cerberus crap.

I guess if we didn't give them the base good old TIM made a base there(perhaps even moved the minuteman base though the omega 4 relay?) and went searching for remains of the old collector base..or perhaps there were a second collector installation beyond the omega 4 relay (after all they would need a place to build the reaper shell for the human reaper larvae).

“When Cerberus’s (sic) experiments with Reaper technologies go wrong ...” I’m shocked, shocked I tell you.

I'm glad to see the detail, though of the device built into the forearm of the creatures, ending with a disk or light in the palm of one of the hands. I think they capture things, not kill them. Notice how they hold their victims while "lighting" them up, and the Turian, for instance, gets "encased" in blue.

I think Mac and Co have a fixation on Cerberus experiments going wrong! Apparently this is the only story they ever write!

Then they've established research outposts in the general vicinity of its very exploded area. A comic can't do much but tug along at the tides whereas ME3 itself will address the specific implications of that decision. (unless in regard to the 'who's the human Councilor?' question).
