He wants to buy the indocrintation intel off Aria, Aria offers to give it over provided can she can keep a copy. The Illusive Man agrees to her offer and says he'll know if something is missing if she doesn't send everything to him.

TIM might want vengeance for not having all those files or might be seeking to eliminate the only other person in the universe with intel on indoctrination for any number of reasons.

Didn't they release some concept art of Kai Leng a few months back? Aside from the fact he was heavily Reaperized, this guys looks totally different. And if I recall correctly Retribution doesn't mention him having a beard.

I also don't think this guy looks particularly Asian.

People think it's Kai Leng, it was never really confirmed to be him in the Concept Art. People saw some shape and thought it was the Cerberus logo and saw the Reaperfied look and pieced everything themselves. It could be him and he shaved, I don't know.

The book didn't mention him not having a beard either.

If that is Leng in that picture you posted, I'd have to doubt his abilities as a "Top agent". Rushing Aria in front of her club with a knife? Really? That's the tactic you're gonna run with?

As for that guy being Kai Leng, I suppose it could be. We'll know soon enough.

Considering the monsters are rampaging around Omega, I doubt it being infront of her club really matters.
