My apologies in advance as this question has been posted before, but I haven't managed to find a satisfying answer so far. My Dragon Age 2 PS3 profile hasn't updated for AGES and now I can't see that I have any characters there at all, nor does say when it was last updated, and it can't find any achievements. It's a bit of a pickle. Is there anything that can be done about it?

Hmm, not sure why yours is doing it. I play on the PC & just recently got mine back up. Are you playing logged in to the Bioware/EA server? That seems to be an issue for the PC version .. as I usually played using the Dev console & as such was not actually logged in .. at least not in a way that would update the profile.

Have you clicked the "Activate Online Profile" here on your game profile? Have you tried having that page up while you are logged in on your PS3 playing the game? Also, it seems to help if you change your armor & then do a save in the game .. that is what helped me.

Yup, yup. Tried all of those things - I still get nothing.

My Origins account works just fine, though.

Hmm, sorry about that .. I really have no clue what else you could try.  

I hope that you get it sorted soon ... it does seem to be an ongoing problem for a lot of people.

Thank you trying to help me. I guess I'll just have to be patient and hope something happens and pout a little in the meantime. At least I'm not alone! That's something!

I dont know if this works on PS3 but on PC it worked for me to load the last savegame (after the campaign ending for me), run around town a bit, save a new game file (not quicksave!), run around a bit more and quit the game.
Some time later my characters where up to date.

I have the same problem. My profile did not update since July (!). I have all the setting activated. It used to update. Then it stopped.I did use console briefly and now have turned everything off and am not sure how it coincided time-wise with the lack of updates. Also I played around with settings a lot, turning updates on and off, logging out and in, turning off the game. Since I haveplayed Legacy and MotA, so I have a whole lote of update info accumulated, but it just would not update... Hopefully a good solution will be found.

I found I had the same problem, but was able to correct it. 
I logged in this site, and kept it open. Then logged into the game and made sure I logged into the servers before loading a saved game (full save, not auto or quick). Then pull up a full save game, port to another area, and interact with a npc. Then do a full save of game, exit game and log out.
Don't just exit. {I found my issue was I simply exited without logging out of the servers first before closing the game.} 
I then went to this site (remember I stayed logged on and didn't close the site) and jumped around to forums, my content, etc. I found in about 2 mins I was able to jump to My Content and found the one character that I loaded up was not updated along with all the achievements!

So, I found the extra steps needed where to be sure to Log In here and keep this site OPEN. Start the game and Log On to game servers, pull up a Full Save, port, interact, etc, do a Full Save, Exit and Log Out of game servers. Then on this still opened and logged on site, interact via jumping to pages. Then check your content, giving it a few moments.

I hope this helps. Seems if you miss so much as one step of the above, it will not update.

Thanks for posting this topic. I was wondering why my PC profile didn't show up while my origins profile did, and I've had it registered for a week now. Knightdarling: thanks for your post. It solved my issue.
