If I were on GameFAQs there'd be an obligation for me to post something rude about IGN, but thankfully I'm on BSN right now because I'm fresh out of meaningless insults. Silly e-rivalries.

Anyway, nice find. Reads like a post on these forums for even more folks to see.

"Without their home planet's atmosphere"

ENVIRONMENT!!!

Then again, IGN did say that Reapers( +37 million years old) have connection with Geth( 300 years old).

"What players want to see isn't just Tali's face, but the expressions it can make, adding yet another level of emotional depth and complexity to a fan favorite character."

Though I don't usually care if IGN say's something but really I actually want to see the face I don't care about the expression or the emotions (though it would be nice), I just want to properly see it!

When I saw the article, I panicked and thought they made the decision, but it was just a discussion article. Nonetheless I think the writer made some good points. Personally, I want to see her face and I've always been curious.

That end part sounded great. You know, the whole "taking it off not so we can see her face, but so we can see the hope in her smile" thing.

I'd be chill with that.

Nice find, AssassinsReign... I think the author made a good point at the very end about how it might be nice to actually see Tali's face just for the sake of seeing emotion's play across her facial features.

Perhaps something short and sweet.. where they show her face for just a scant few seconds, but she smiles warmly or something... that'd be a nice "D'aawww" moment. ^_^

They could just leave it up to the player - have a "look" or "dont look dilogue option".

^Renegade Shep is then hit with a shotgun blast (One of the many endings for ME3).

Good article, but the replies make me relieved to be on the BSN. Which says something.

I could have sworn we've seen Tali's face already. Oh yes, we did. See here:

As I say all the Time I think they should just keep her face a secret.

The end of the squad leader trailer states the release date for ME3 as 9-3-12. Hope that is just a mistake that crept in somewhere and not something new to worry about. Anyway, I would like to see her face, but will be cool with whatever Bioware chooses.

Edit:  Okay, the one here on the official site still says 3-6-12.

I can just imagine the impotent rage of Europeans who just can't stand that week of waiting and come on the BSN to have it all spoiled.

If Tali shows her face then there just HAS to be moments where you get to see other Quarian faces.

Who knows, there might even be a no suit Quarian...most likely a dead body though because I dont suspect a Quarian risking their life to have alien sex.

That doesn't really solve anything. Her face would still have been revealed, so the people that didn't want her face to be shown would still be disappointed.

I saw that article earlier today. I didn't agree that not showing Tali's face creates a disconnect with the player. There's plenty of expression in her voice and body language that you don't necessarily need to see her face.

I think if they do show her face so many people will end up disappointed and be screaming 'that's what Quarians look like?' Everyone is going to have their own idea on what they look like so I think it should remain up to the imagination of the player.

I think i'm just getting tired of ranting.

What else Bioware? what else?

Why don't you put some glitter on her face, add a f*cking tail and call it a day.

I thought Tali's appeal was her god damn body suit. Why is her face necessary? What does it change exactly? It will never meet your expectations, so why push it fans?

Sorry to rain on someone's parade, but "see her expression" doesn't look as main reason to see Tali's face. Quarians are extremely good at body language, and actress made amazing job into translation of emotions into voice.

The problem is... older asari (and possibly krogans) know what quarians look like. No doubt there are some ancient art / documentary films. Any person who saw dead quarian might remove helmet and check. For now entire ME universe knows or should know the quarians face, and only player on some strange reason doesn't.

Actually, you're both wrong. It's "biosphere". "Without their home planet's biosphere".
