So Thane was one of my favorite characters in Mass Effect 2, a character with a lot of potential. Part of my interest in him was without a doubt the fact that he is a dying man.

I don't know what is Bioware's take on his faith in ME3 and I partly feel that it would be cheap to cure from a supposedly incurable desease.

However I do hope we meet him at some point in the last installment perhaps even on his dying bed. This is especially valid for a Shepard that had a romantic interest in him. Although Shepard will be very occupied at this point (the war with the Reapers duh) but perhaps we can go to help the Hanar homeworld?

What's your take on this?

Is this a coincidence, Undertone? Because information regarding Thane in ME3 was leaked from a magazine yesterday. Posted Image

He better stay dead. I'm so tired of Bioware pulling this canon shatter bullcrap everytime they want to sell more copies.

He has a disease that's NOT cureable, he should be dead! I dont care what you want fangirls, LIVE with it.

I agree. Having one last emotional meeting with him would be the best way to go.

No damn it. He should be dead. I remember when Bioware told us they made these losers so we wouldn't lose the real characters; Ashley, Kaida, Liara. Now everyone is diving through hoops to make sure they get to rub shoulders with their insignificant party members. Let me give you guys a free tip.

Thane is as insignificant a character as it gets. Grunt? Yes, that category.

Sorry, when you have reptile cancer you don't live past a reaper base infiltration.

Well, I meant one last meeting on his deathbed, or the like.

But cool rant.

I know what you said and guess what?

I want the motherf*cker dead. I just want ONE aspect of Mass Effect that bioware sticks too. I'm so tiiiiiiiiiired of this trend.

furry, yaoi fanbase: We want to gay!
Bioware: Despite it inflitrating our storyline, perverting our characters, you got it!

prepubescent halo nerds; We want multiplayer
Bioware: OKAY! Despite this being a singplayer game for 2 games now. let's waste our money on a feature that will be mediocre at best.

Thane losers: I WANT HIM TO LIVES
Bioware: Well.. Seeing as he has a DEADLY NONCURABLE, CANCER. SURE!!

Enough Bioware. sometimes you just need to NOT listen to the fans. you made Mass Effect 1 without them, why the hell do you keep listening to these idiots who do not have a game design degree.

You just threatened to kill someone and defile his corpse because he doesn't agree with your opinion on a video game character.

That's a signal to turn off your computer and go outside.

This is the best argument I can give. Look here, look at your average Thane fan. Hostile, annoying, unfunny and kind of barbaric. (use a toilet, retard)

Sorry Thane fans. He should be bloody D.E.A.D after the whole DEADLY REAPER BASE THING. Or is this reptile god?

Bioware not only insults me with their lack of continuity, but they insult all other incurable diseases. For shame bioware. I do think you're better than that.

"The leading cause of death for drell on Kahje is Kepral's Syndrome,
caused by cumulative long-term exposure to a humid climate. This
syndrome erodes the ability of drell lungs to take in oxygen, and
eventually spreads out to other organs. It is noncommunicable, and there
is currently no known cure".

Your more like a e-bully victim looking for outreach programs.

Edit: you're done. Zeel pays attention to no one but himself.

Happy to have a mission where i meet Thane again. It is perfectly reasonable that he isnot dead yet due to the time between ME2 & ME3 notbeing that large. Prefer there not to be a cure but if they are going tointroduce a possible cure i want it to be ethically dodgy.
