Gonna have to agree with Zeel's points.

1) He is right, Fishface should be Nemofood or very close to being so. Why would Shepard waste time having some reunion moment in a hospital, or going with his son to his grave (as some "people" suggested) when he is trying to save a galaxy? Sounds stupid at best.

2) Multiplayer is the worst idea ever to be associated with this single player game. It serves no purpose but for the geekgasms that cannot get through insanity and desperately need the trophy for internet cool points.

What is with the "threat" guy? Unfortunate that the mods here will probably side with him because it is ONLY people such as him and the other "why is your game not signed up" dorks that report constantly and the mods themselves are former community posters that were "elevated" to the promising career of forum moderation.

Good for you telling it like it is Zeel. The whole "PC" dorkgasm thing gets old to wrench through when trying to find solid posts.

Because a cure has not been found, it's been found in ME3. It's very simple. If it was not curable then the hanar would not waste resources to find a cure.

When they find a cure it's cureable. Until then, zip it.

But by all means for the "gentle" guys on the forum, let's make this realistic and have Shepard take a detour to visit his old friend on his death bed or his grave, makes a lot of sense considering it's only the lives of billions at stake.

If the playable Epilogue is true, then most likely we will have time to visit and spend time with the characters if the player wins.

Zeel is right as far as the Thane and gay problems go, although I don't think that Thane should die in the interlude.

As for multiplayer, that's not really a case of whining leading to catering to (as opposed to the above examples), but simply the multiplayer market being too big to ignore any longer.

Well, I'm sure they found a way to properly introduce a cameo of all the characters, somehow, without making it feel like Shepard's going on a shore leave in the middle of an all-out galactic war.

Shep still needs his core team...his squad...what species they are doesn't play a role in that.

Agreed. But it's likely will be done in DAO way - go to someone questionably helpful, then spend hell of a time to help, and this all is completely unrelated to what ending will you get.

On topic: cure for lethal disease which was years from final stages of development was finished just in time to save person Shepard knows? Finished and actually worked and can help at current state of disease and doesn't have lethal or heavily uncapacitating side effects? Way to be coincidence.<_<

The trial takes place a few months after the suicide mission. He is not dead in my game as he survived it. He has a disease that will eventually kill him, he can certainly survive a few months

I'm pretty sure that Thane says he will be 'fine' for 8-12 months, as in fighting fit. That doesn't necessarily mean he's going to die shortly afterwards, it means he will no longer be fine, how long he could last thereafter is not clear.

Zeel is like a drunk uncle at a Thanksgiving dinner. He gets worse as the night goes on, and eventually either passes out or he has to get the cops called on him.

Until one of those things happens, it's not worth arguing with him.

For people who want Thane to die how is this fair to people who invested game play into his romance. Should we suffer? Is it too much to ask to have more than a few minutes with him? Yes we did go into a relationship with him knowing he is dying. Cancer is not curable but some people survive and don't relapse. Shepard can be brought back to life but Thane can't have a lung transplant and the Hanar can't find a med to help him live longer???? Maybe there is no magic cure but their are ways to extend his life for us who give a damn about him. There is more to Thane's character than him being a dying man! Him finding a way to beat the odds(not a cure but to live longer) is a great way to also make him a even greater character than he already is. If you hate him or if he bores you then there are ways to kill him in ME2 and I'm sure you can in ME3. For the rest of us people who romanced Thane let us enjoy our time with him.

There are more important things for Bioware to focus on. Your LI "last moments" are not one of them. I honestly believe they wrote Thane so that he would die, no fuss, no muss.
