 Okay, I don't want to romance Anders/Aveline/Fenris/Isabela/Sebastian/stuff.

I want to romance Merrill....but every time I talk to the above mentioned peeps there are flirt options all over the place!

But with Merrill...the flirts are...well...lacking...I hunger for more!

Stop trying to force Anders/Aveline/Fenris/Isabela/Sebastian/stuff in my Merrill-romancing business!

Flirt options equal interest (that I don't have).  My brain can't take it!

I don't think they suck...they just aren't as plentiful as with the other LIs.

The way Hawke (female friend romance) says, "It's hard to imagine someone more loveable than you ." always tugs at my heartstrings.

My heartstrings rarely get tampered with!

The way female Hawke says it speaks to a level of vulnerability on her part...and I like that.

It's simply a matter of breaking down walls. If you flirted with Merrill right away, she'd probably freak out, make a little shriek and collapse further into her fragile self esteem (amongst humans). So you start with friendship-friendship-friendship, build up that trust, then you can give her the ol' Hawke charm - "how you dooo-in" and all that.
