) I think thats pretty interesting.... and i kinda wanna see what she is like in ME3 ...if you didn't get killed by her

I don't actively dislike any squadmate. There are a few I feel lukewarm or indifferent about, such as Tali (she doesn't come off as terribly interesting to me).
I like Zaeed. He's ****ing badass. Miranda, Thane, and Legion too.

I based mine on who interests me the most, not LI or just my general like of the character. Character depth is important to me. I'll give reasoning to some of them but not all, mainly because I'm lazy.
Thane (I love him the moment I he prayed during his intro and my Shepard told him that the asari needed his prayers, and he said it wasn't for her, but for him. Religion often goes hand in hand with guilt, and I'm a sucker for extreme guilt.)
Samara (Living as long as she has only to give up her possessions and life to The Code, having a family and she has to go against her mothering insincts and kill her own daughter, for the good of everyone else. That's deep. She also is seen as an outsider, even by her own people who may respect her, but fear her. Not to mention she gave us a new insight into asari culture previously unknown.)

Zaeed (Honestly, this is a new one for me. I've been thinking about Zaeeed since I started my new playthrough and came to the decision that I really like him. I love his appearance. I love how he's much older than everyone else, and his facial features. He's also a badass who is out solely for vengence, and I love vengence seeking characters almost as much as I love guilt stricken characters.)
Grunt (Besides that I think Grunt is adorable, the fact that he spent the majority of ME2 lost. He had no purpose, and had to find his purpose. He was rejected by krogan after he sought their acceptance and had to earn his place in the clan, which I find admirable. I love that he had to find himself and come to terms with the fact he was from a tank and so unlike the rest of his people.)
Legion ("We are Legion, for we are many." I should not have to say anymore, really.)

Hmm. Tough one...
For me though, I would have to divide it into levels of interest/enjoyment rather than a straight out list.Please bear in mind this is all personal opinion, not judgement of those who have different favourites. No offence is intended.
Band one: Most liked.
Jack (My LI on all playthroughs so far. A very deep character, and I'm always thrilled to see the layers getting stripped away to reveal the soft core to her.)
Legion (A geth on the squad by itself is interesting. Add to that the skillful way he can add a synthetic slant to organic topics such as religion, reverence for the dead and so on, and you have a powerful tool. Anything that challenges my normal way of thinking is brilliant.)
Mordin (His guilt is very well written, as is his dedication to what must be done. Also, his comic moments are great. The 'advice' chat he gives had me blushing a little, but it felt like a concerned friend speaking out for me.)
Wrex (Two words: Bad. Ass. His scene with C-sec, where he says 'I want you to try' just made me punch the air and go 'Yes! i must have him in my squad!' Then meeting him on Tuchanka was so heartwarming.)
Garrus (Another badass. His friendship with Shepard feels so genuine, and so strong, I wish I knew someone like him in Real Life who i could go drinking with.)
Band Two: Quite enjoyed.
Thane (His spirituality was inspiring, as was his struggle with his past. Also his statement that shep was the first real friend he'd had in over a decade made me really appreciate the depth of the character. Again, a character I could visualise as a good drinking buddy.)
Samara (Tragic past, strength of character, ageless beauty, she has it all. Very well written. Shame she wasn't an LI. Might have been tempted away from Jack...)
Grunt (he feels very much like a student of Shepard's, so i feel a sort of responsibility for how he turns out. You have a good emotional investment in him, which leads to a strong empathy for him.)
Kasumi (So much fun! Her banter, her shipboard commets, all done so well.)
Zaeed (I like having a more experienced, if embittered soldier around. Very well done, considering he's optional.
Kaidan (Kaidan has always been a liked character for me. he's not complicated, but he doesn't need to be. Tali (I can understand the fascination with what's behind the helmet, but I don't share it. She's sweet, quirky, and feels a little like a little sister to Shepard after he helped her complete her Pilgrimage, but she wasn't given enough non-romance content to really score well with me.)
Liara (Do not get the fascination with her. I romanced her on my very first ME playthrough, pre ME2 release, but that was just for the 'hehehe, blue boobies' moment. I think what most irritates me is her plot invulnerability. While I wouldn't deliberately kill her off, I hope it is possible to have her die in ME3, just to keep her realistic.)
Band Four: Disliked/Did not recruit.
Morinth (What kind of Shepard honestly thinks recruiting this psychotic serial killer at the expense of her older, more experienced mother who is unquestioningly loyal to you is actually a good idea? She dies every time in my games. Every. Time. I didn't even spare her just to get Dominate.)
Ashley (Sorry, Ashaholics, but she's the one character I've had on my squad I wished I could get rid off at the first stop. her comments comparing aliens to animals, and particularly the downer comment in the presidium 'that's a big lake, wonder if anyone's been drowned in it' really switch me off. I understand her family history and so on explains a lot of her attitude, but I still feel like its overcompensating. A different person's mileage may vary, but I just can't like the character, even though I try to. I go to her every playthrough and have the conversations, but they just don't do anything to improve her in my eyes.)
Anyway, that's my list.

I just can't realy decide between these two well I will just make two playthrough. I have one Tali save and one Liara save both played since ME1.

Like them all! Well, except Jacob... I don't mind him, but he's just not super amazingly interesting. And I never recruited Morinth, but I like the idea behind her/ what I know of her. The other two Asari are probably at the top of my list; me gusta intellectuals/wisdom.

My order of them
1.Wrex: He's such a bad@ss, and has so much depth to his character and Species
2.Liara: My first romance and I'll always be found of her
3.Jack: Such a tormented and broken individual. Her self-destructive behavior and some of her other personalitly traits reminded me a bit of myself when I was in High School
4.Garrus: his style of justice he's like my main Shepards Brother
5.Samara: I want One of my main Shepard's and her to "have happiness together" at the very lest do her. Her personality is really cool.
6.Kelly Chambers: Her personality is great for many reason, first to greet ya after a mission, Warm and Kind, and to me she had rather calming aura about her that put ya at ease and felt everything would be ok
7.Mordin:liked his moral crisis with the work he did with the Genophage (also liked Captain Kirrahe from ME1)
8.Ashley: Blunt and sharp with her opinions. Not to good with words yep that's a big plus!!!
9.Thane: his spiritual beliefs,and Zen attitude were really cool
10.Joker: what's not to like about him
11.Tie Legion and Morinth: Both were interesting characters that added lots to the ME universe and intrigued me
12.Miranda : Ice cold, perfect, superior, arrogant, great eye candy, and the type that's good for a hit and run, I'd also I'd happily let her die over several characters due to the fact to me she seemed like she only cared about herself
13.Kasumi: I feel she had so much more to offer and really wanted to talk with her like the other squad members
14.Jacob: In ME1 when ya found the brain dead dude named Jacob it freaked me out, I gave my Shepard that same first name and named him after myself, and Jacob T. seemed like a decent dude and we had a first name in common. I wish he could have been better written,
15.Kaidan: he gets headaches and reminds me of Tom Brady (I hate Tom Perfect Pretty Boy Brady) I usually let Kaidan die.
16.Zaeed: Yawn... he was boring to me
17.Grunt: made me miss Wrex
18.Doc Chakwas, EDI and the other Normandy crew in ME2
19.Tali: Annoying if I could strangle and kill any of my crew members for no reason or any reason it would be Tali, she never shut up and was annoying
