Mordin: My favorite salarian scientist , my best buddy , witty.  who has interesting story that concern the justification of the genophage which I see the validation for .

Wrex:the krogan that I hold dear in my heart and hold with high regards my brother in arm  his hope for the for people really made roots for there properity and wrex is badass.

Javik : The avatar of vegence provides so much insight into the protheans and he's like looking into a mirror to my sheperd  more so with my sheperd I lean on to the renagade side I feel he has a core connection sheperd that no one can truly compare IMO

Grunt: Krogan are baddass and Grunt tank bred matters not he's like a lil brother to my sheperd watching him grow through from being lost and anxious to prove himself  to having his own unit in such short period of time fills me with pride.

Garrus: my BFF been there from the beggining to the end you can't ask for a better friend .

Liara (romanced): The charming Dr what can't you say about her . She dramitcally grew the shy innocent girl that I rescued to the powerful  shadow broker she goes hand in hand  with my sheperd .


Honorible mentions

Legion: why did they have him come so late in the game is beyond me..

James Vega : probably the most intersting human squadmate for me gives us the best perspective of a soldiar during this times.

Thane:In his last days showed selflessnest hes a hero to all life 

Worst

Miranda : boring self absorbed B***

Tali:never liked her ever , day one hated her. I just  din't see anything compelling from her   but she has a legion fans obsessively loyal towards her  ..so go figure.. 

Jacob: He's not a  bad guy I don't hate him but he's really boring..

Character appeal + squadmate value considered >

• Kaidan > LI + very complementary in battle, doesn't die much
• Legion / Garrus / James > like the characters, can handle themselves, nice voice acting
• Miranda / Thane / Liara > like the characters but somewhat not as useful as squadmates or redundant - Liara dies a lot though!
• Samara / Wrex / Jack > a bit more neutral about them, might have been different if the characters had been more developed - but Jack was totally epic as the bubble holder in ME2 nonetheless
• Jacob, Grunt, Mordin, EDI, Tali, Ashley, Zaeed > rather indifferent about them, and not useful, I don't enjoy having them around on a mission

2. Mordin - He had me at Gillbert and Sullivan 
2. Wrex - Always has a funny line and is the smartest Krogan I've seen.
3. Miranda - Very interesting character development. Loyalty mission made me love her.
4. Jack - Terrible past, but just needs a hug.  Turned herself around in ME3. Love that.
5. Tali - She was always cute but she grew on me throughout the games. 
6. Javik - He's got a dry humor and he's such a jerk it's funny. 
7. Liara - I really didn't like how she acted in ME2, but totally redeemed herself in ME3. 
8. Kasumi - I found her funny and had so much fun on her loyalty mission.
9. Grunt - I love me some young krogan.

NEUTRAL
10. Zaheed - Grouchy, vengeful bastard. But I did like his stories.
11. Samara - Too extreme for my tastes. 
12. James - James Vega Cool Bro Rad Dude
13. Jacob - Kinda meh but THE PRIIIIIIZE.

14. Ashley - Don't like other species huh?  Enjoy Virmire!
