Have my crew come to me if they have a side quest that's oh so important to them and they'd like my help, I found it odd that we had to go to them to get these missions..

The Alliance crew acting in a military fashion. I want to hear more lines like
"Contact! Unknown vessel, bearing x-mark-y, distance z-km, closing at w-speed."
and less "Picking up something on teh sensors... herp derp"
For further reference, look up the battle scenes from the new Battlestar Galactica, or any submarine movie, for that matter.
Lastly, EDI should say who is taking command of the vessel when Shepard goes on away missions. Like in ME1....

I say Bioware should turn the Normandy into a Sims game where we can arrange everything the way we want it. Exchange all the scanned materials for new furniture and paint.

The player will want to test his modified armour and guns pre-engagement against drones and non lethal robots/ targets. Also other team members, Garrus, Kaiden, Liara. They could be modded and have their kit tested there too.

I'd like Shepherd's bedroom to be able to play mp3 files from the users computer/ console, available through the configure per-start menu for pc users.
So when Shepherd wants to get romantic with significant other, he/she can open the mp3 menu and play 'stairway to heaven' or 'Make Love by Daft Punk' for example.
It's a long shot, but it would certainly make the game more interactive.
Thoughts?
