Sigh... I'm not thrilled about this multiplayer news, at all :/

ME is the kind of game I want to talk about with others but enjoy playing by myself.

Maybe I'll try it if it sounds as interesting as the AC's multiplayer mode (and somehow I doubt it...), if it will be anything like the DS2's one though...

F.E.A.R. 3 already went down the ****ter just because of the sudden co-op band wagon. 

Dead Rising 2? Sure, campaign's slightly better than the first one, but not saying much. Capcom still doesn't know a damn thing about networking.

Lost Planet 2? Co-op mandatory. Single player gamers are ****ed over in an hour-long boss fight because of the stupid "U must manually load Cannon 11111!"

Resident Evil 5 already made co-op mandatory for the sake of making your life easier.

Any Tom Clancy tactical shooter game known to mankind: Single-player still has idiot squadmates just because Red Storm Entertainment wanted to focus on Team Deathmatch.

That too. These forums would get rather empty without half a dozen multiplayer threads popping up every day. But it's not just the forums. Every time some piece of paper has 'gaming magazine' and 'mass effect 3 has multiplayer' stamped on it, it'll be all over the web and on renouned gaming websites and many people will read it. They'll see 'Mass Effect 3' again and again and, if they haven't already, will eventually be more inclined to check it out. Because something being repeated this often has to be something amazing right?

Could care less about multiplayer, unless it's big battlefield-style warzones. Co-op or whatever might be cool, if done properly, but it's the least of my wants for ME3. I really like that cover though. The sniper on the right.. who could that be?

Thus implying that you do care at least the minimum amount.

Don't worry, I'm sure that this will be every bit as great as Metroid Prime 2's multiplayer.

Bioware must be doing this on purpose cus they get free advertising out of the poeple who rage, never thought of that before. then again after that **** storm with FOX a few years ago, it's not that surprising
